Thank you for being honest unlike other athletes about the supplements you take and especially about the post workout supplements even though its company sponsored unlike other athletes who exaggerate. Very helpful and I'm going to add the greens and reds you use to my daily supplement plan.

You didn’t mention it but I wonder if it’s included in some of the supplements you do take. I’d appreciate your input on this. Thank you
Very interesting and some stuff i want to implement in my diet. I am curious though with all these supplements, do you take them because you have trouble getting enough fruits and veggies and stuff with your eating, or just to increase the amount you get? Or is it just for simplicity?

Was using UMP but after some research recently switched to the 1stPhorm Phormula1/Ignition combo and noticable results almost immediately. Appreciate the reference in your notes on this company.
You can beat the taste of UMP though!
@@dlindo8892 They ARE tasty and the powder mixes up really nice. I still use occasionally for added protein (SO. GOOD. in plain yogurt) but the Phormula1/Ignition combo right after a workout is REALLY effective at least for me.

Green smoothie. 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup pineapple, 1 banana , 0.5 cup carrot , 1 green apple. If you see this try it Toomey⚡️ with regular water or coconut water.

Hi. What are your thoughts on Creatine for strength? I'm an avid runner, practice hot yoga and just started rowing, but I have a weak upper body, even after 6 months with a personal weight trainer, trying to lift weights (machines, free weights & body weight). I was told that Creatine would help with strength, but I'm concerned about retaining water from it. Thanks.

I think it should be said that Tia is an elite athlete and the majority of people don't need to take that amount of supplements if they have a well balanced diet. I always use the rule to only use supplements that I'm not getting in my daily diet. Also I wonder how her liver is after taking so many pills.
It depends on, what's in the pills. It doesn't matter, if you get your omega3 from fish or fishoil, that's in pills.

NOTREALLY HANKAARON 1001% guarantee there is no way this woman is juicing. There may be some in the sport that miraculously are and aren’t getting caught (even though testing is strict and random) but if you follow Tia at all, I think you would know she is a beast of an athlete, works stupid hard for what she wants, and is a genuine good person who just wouldn’t cheat.
NOTREALLY HANKAARON she’ll still be around. Still be relevant. Still be stronger, faster, smarter, and a better person than you 🤷🏻♂️ I mean look at Rich. Man is probably the most tested man in the sport and he’s never popped. Hes been around a long time too.

Absolutely, yes.
@A G You should be getting your nutrients from food. Anything you take in pill or powder form is not being totally absorbed. Its marketing. Everything in these supplements is available in foods. It's all marketing. Sure, elite athletes can absolutely benefit from supplements (as well as anyone who is truly deficient.) But most people who eat a healthy diet really don't need greens powders and all these pills etc. Let me add this is nothing against Tia.
Thank god somebody said this... Far out mate ..she is living on tablets... I love her and her dedication but man thats too many tablets... like for greens and red ,cant you just eat vegetables and fruits...
No they are called supplements for a reason. U supplement what u missed from food.
No mater how healthy ur diet is there is always something u either missed or not enough of.
Eg body approx of 4700mg of pottasium a day, equivalent of 8 large bananas.
And she might be taking lots kf tablets that apparently dont absorb well obviolsly they are. U can tell by her mindset, training and bloody hell shes beautiful
yeah and you need to eat maybe at least 2kls of that foods to get the same amount of what vitamins and minerals supplements can give.

I think the creatine is in the pre workout, but I'm not sure. I was going to ask the same thing.
it’s to be safe, i think some competition don’t allowed creatine, even though they don’t tested. still safe not to say you are taking creatine.. and i don’t believe she’s not taking any creatine at all, look at her muscles.

Yes. I take CREATINE during Weightlifting cycles. However, I never did during the years that I actually competed in WL, CREATINE makes me heavier (hold a lot ore water)

And then if you ask them what protein they recommend they always say “well this company 1st Phorm is really good.” Well duh of course you’re going to say that.
