My workouts are nowhere as intense but with long, wavy hair and multiple sessions/showers a day it is hard to fit it all in and still look cute. 😄
yeah with all that sweat its hard you maintain healthy skin and she does it!
This was a really neat video. Several things I appreciate include:
-the safety tips. I see a lot of videos of people forcing stretches way past the point of pain, and I'm thinking that can't be right.
-having upper body stretches too. With a lot of videos, you'd think the hamstring was the only thing that needs to be stretched.
-talking about the benefits of stretching. There seems to be a lot of misinformation going around about how stretching is either useless or actually harmful. As far as I can tell it stems from a study saying that a lot of static stretching right before athletic performance can slightly reduce power output, and another that failed to find support for the long-held notion that stretching reduced post-exercise soreness. But neither of these findings is anything like saying that maintaining flexibility is without benefit.

Hip flexes need attention
Man that shoulder roll stretch on the ground was legit. Tweaked my shoulder some years ago on the decline bench but that stretch really stretches that shoulder out reaaaal nice! Thanks love! ‘Preciate you!

Thanks nice simple 5 poses. Did a 30min TT on the rower today and this worked a treat! Also taking 2-3mins per pose instead of 30sec and breathing into it like yoga really got deeper into it and felt amazing afterwards!

Great stuff thank you. I'm just about to hit 40 and do a lot of jiu-Jitsu I have recently been doing a lot of Crossfit style training to improve functionality and efficiency during high-intensity bouts of grappling. So far it's going well but having bits of metal in my leg after getting wounded in Iraq means I need to be diligent about how I mobilise and recover.
Great stretches. Thanks for sharing. Can you also show some mobility exercises which you do to keep yourself injury free.

It would be interesting to see the injury rate of the West Coast Eagles if you were involved in their training for twelve months - on season and off season. It's obvious that they are doing something wrong. It would make for a great experiment but I think we know what the outcome would be - but getting them to become disciplined would be the biggest challenge.
