    "10 minutes of fencing core workout"
    10분 펜싱 복근 훈련.
    You can do 1,2 or 3 sets depending on your level of fitness - don't overdo it. Each workout will last 20 seconds followed by a 10second break. We will also take a 1min break between rounds. SIXPACK is yours. Leg's go!

    I love your channel, thanks a lot for your content! Out of curiosity, would you recommend any specific diet for a fencer who aims for performance? I've been improving my workout routine but I'm still a lost when it comes to optimizing food.
