    Mango Pudding Recipe:
    To Puree:
    Mango - 2 nos
    Sugar - ½ Cup
    Milk - ½ Cup
    Cornstarch:
    Cornflour - ¼ Cup
    Milk - 3 tbsp
    Instructions:
    1. Wash and cut the mango and take out the pulp alone.
    2. Transfer it to a blender and blend it to a fine paste
    3. Add milk and sugar and Blend it till it combines in to a smooth mixture
    4. Mix milk with cornflour in a separate bowl and keep it aside
    5. Heat a pan, add the mango mixture and start mixing it on a low flame till it heats up and starts to bubble
    6. Add the cornflour slurry and whisk well to avoid any lumps.
    7. Once the mixture thickens, transfer it to greased moulds and let it cool down completely.
    8. Refrigerate it for 3 hours, demould it carefully and serve it cold
