Mind blowing simple recipe. My guests went into a full on "culinary coma" after eating it.. speechless and then after few moments crazy 😂😂
    Thank you.
I made it with store bought coconut milk.. pardon me for this blasphemy.. i had 20 mouths to feed.
    My measurements
    Coconut milk 1750 ml
    Coconut Cream cream 400 ml
    Cornflour 100 gm
Sugar 350-400 gm according to the sweetness desired
It was enough to fill about 20 ramekin size (120 ml) bowls

if you want to make it even quicker, just buy unsweetened coconut milk and use that. But obviously fresh coconut tastes much better. I made it and its in the fridge right now, after adding the cornflour it was much thicker than the video so I added some coconut and almond milk I had in the fridge. and I also added vannilla extract for extra flavour. it ended up tasting like custard its delicious. hopefully I get the gelatin consistency that is promised YAY

Make orange color ball and pour half coconut pudding into empty egg shells, set, put color ball center & pour full. You have egg shape coconut pudding
