Milk 1 litre 1/3 cup sugar 1 cup grinded suji . Mix it . Flame on low . Stir continuously. 1 tbsp butter . Vanilla essense . Medium to low flame . Pouring consistency. Take glass dish . Greese with butter . Pour mixture . Spread it . Cover with sealing sheet .
Take sauce pan half cup sugar half cup water . Equal. Add orange blossom water . Lemon juice few drops . Prepare syrup 2-3 min 1 taar .
1 cup bitting cream , beat it .wiping cream .
Add layer now add rose petals. Garnishing pistas . 2 hour fridge .

Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe. I made it tonight for a dinner party and it was an absolute wow! This will definitely become a firm favourite. Furthermore, I substituted the sugar for Xylitol so it also became diabetic friendly. Worked like a dream and our diabetic guest was thrilled that, for once, they were able to dig into a luxurious dessert without fear of becoming ill. I have been asked to make it again for a dinner party next week. This time I used rose water but next time I will try the orange blossom water.

@@nargiskhanam9113 I used the granulated Xylitol and the ration is 1:1 against normal sugar. In other words one cup of Xylitol equals one cup of sugar so the quantities are the same as in the given recipe. You could also use Erythritol (same quantity) I have since made it again and also substituted dairy milk for almond milk. Came out great.
