I was born in 2005 and my parents bought this game to me when it released. Believe it or not but I actually learned this game like those really young musicians who learned instruments at 2 years old. What I've learned from my experience is that this is not just a game - it is art. Super Mario Galaxy didn't follow my childhood, it didn't grow my childhood. It defined it.
I think every switch stop video should be like this

I really really really wish Mario had some or even many 3D action games being pure dramatic serious, and awesome comparable to some of Sonic the Hedgehog's 3D action games. Sorry if anyone criticizes, but as one of the biggest fans of Mario, I am extremely desperate and excited for the next great future. Very nice video about Super Mario Galaxy, though. Thinking about Mario also makes me think about my currently imaginary Mario game, Super Mario Majestia a lot.

Super Mario Galaxy is probably the best Mario game of all time (Super Mario Galaxy 2 is a close second place)
But despite this, I'm not sure I would say it's a "flawless game"
In my eyes, there's no such thing as a Perfect Video Game, but the closest I can think of to a perfect game is either Super Mario Galaxy or RDR2.
But in general, it's hard for me to consider a game to be completely perfect.
Also liked Super Mario 3D Land with mainly the Tanooki suit whatever it's called the power up where you dress up as like a hovering bear and also Super Mario 3D World where you mainly get the cat Powerup.

Hope that the new console will come with Mario galaxy returns with mixing different themes maybe a space city or a beach oasis, different new power up like the wind flower for making tornado or split melon for splitting out juice from Yoshi, more semi-open galaxies like the honeyhive galaxy and the beach bowl galaxy. More modern moves and mechanics like the roll and ground pound jump, also no longer boot you out. Instead a menu will present ‘Go to next star’, ‘Explore other galaxies from this universe’ and ‘return to roselina’s space station’. The Rosalina space station can be this game’s comet observatory and have a disk shape with a lot of star shroom connecting it. Luma can also transform into different color by power ups with different ability. More new elements like a dash star to let Mario run fast or different new comet like the spinless comet. Brought back a few element from galaxy 1 and 2 like the red star and all of the powers up from both games. A new storybook explaining the event between childhood roselina and the galaxy games. In addition, 2 player multiplayer with Mario and Luigi with one having a separate screen and the other on TV, also 2 luma pointer for 4 players. There is still motion control star but they are bonuses, not counting to 100%. That’s my proposal for galaxy returns, not become full open world from odyssey but semi-open like galaxy and 64.

I have an idea for a game and i would really appriciate if you made a vid about it.
It is:a Nintendo game where you can play four or eight player platformer or open world but one character is Mario, another Kirby and Link and Samus and Mario would have power ups Kirby would have copy abilities Link and Samus would have other stuff (i don't play Zelda or Metroid so i don't know what it would be) . they would all be working together to stop each of their villains teaming up or a new villan which they cant beat alone.
PLease make a vid about this coz i spent like ten minutes brainstorming for this idea.
Perfect is strong word the controls are stiff as hell
Finally someone understands, because unlike 64, sunshine ect. Mario Galaxy's controls feel restricted and stiff.

This game is actually hated by Miyamoto due to Rosalina's backstory.
@@traviscunningham7062 Super Mario Galaxy has a backstory about the Rosalina that was supposed to expanded on in the direct sequel. Of course, that ultimately never happened. As a consequence, Super Mario Galaxy 2 throws away everything that was established about Rosalina in her debut game. That's why Super Mario Galaxy 2 is a complete retelling of that complete retelling that ignores me the events of the first game.

Also, the effects Super Mario Galaxy 2 can still be seen on the franchise today. Just look how anti-climatic the intro to Super Mario Odyssey is as well as what is revealed in the credits as to why the plot of Bowser's Fury is happening.

Super Mario Galaxy is 0:37 and Terrible! The Awful Story feels like a Rip-Off of Sonic Adventure 2! Rosalina’s Backstory feels like Shadows! Worst why does the Universe restart after destroying a Black Hole?! The voice acting from Sunshine is also gone! As 4 da Gameplay: Getting the Stars in any order is removed from this game, and the only shake to game is a Spin Attack. Finally this game wants u to cry. Such a boring April game.
