There's a problem with that statement, because there's no need to suffer, rather choose low calorie densed foods which taste good, that way you'll like the food that you're eating and continue it for life, rather than going on a salad freakin diet and giving up at the end, you're more likely to binge or fail with this diet, than if you'd have chosen a better one. it's the whole batter. If you mix 1/4 of Quaker oats, 1 bananas, and 2 eggs it will total to around 320 - 360 calories and you'll be able to split it to around 3 pancakes as shown. so you can say that 1 pan cake is equals to 100-130 calories. (note: you might want to experiment with using 1 egg instead of 2 it will lower calories and might give it a better taste). It's not a bad recipe but you gotta make sure it fits into your macros. I'd recommend downloading an app called fitness pal should help you.

Hey love the food you make just one request, I have a high cholesterol so can you do a video on recipes that like don’t have egg or anything high in cholesterol ❤️.....love the vids
well you can substitute the eggs with youghurt or buttermilk. Just add baking soda and baking powder to the batter. Or you can use just the egg whites. This is the basic recipe I use. 1/2 ripe banana 1/2 cup yoghurt or buttermilk ( or just add vinegar to milk) blend then well. 1/2 cup flour Add any flour ( oats flour, quinoa flour or multigrain) mix well and cook like any pancake. If you don't want anything too sweet try savoury pancakes. use this recipe and replace banana with egg whites . Add some salt and pepper Some chilli powder Garlic paste Add any chopped veggies. (onions, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes). Also its a good thing to add warm and hearty soups and curries to your diet. Hope this helps. Good luck 👍

it's the whole batter. If you mix 1/4 of Quaker oats, 1 bananas, and 2 eggs it will total to around 320 - 360 calories and you'll be able to split it to around 3 pancakes as shown. so you can say that 1 pan cake is equals to 100-130 calories. (note: you might want to experiment with using 1 egg instead of 2 it will lower calories and might give it a better taste). It's not a bad recipe but you gotta make sure it fits into your macros. I'd recommend downloading an app called fitness pal should help you.
I've tried the first pancake before, it's so tasty! But mine had a different texture and color...

My favorite is the first one. My only top is to add about 1 tbsp of extra oats. Usually my batter comes out too thin so this counter acts that.

Hey love the food you make just one request, I have a high cholesterol so can you do a video on recipes that like don’t have egg or anything high in cholesterol ❤️.....love the vids
well you can substitute the eggs with youghurt or buttermilk. Just add baking soda and baking powder to the batter. Or you can use just the egg whites.
This is the basic recipe I use.
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup yoghurt or buttermilk ( or just add vinegar to milk)
blend then well.
1/2 cup flour Add any flour ( oats flour, quinoa flour or multigrain)
mix well and cook like any pancake.
If you don't want anything too sweet try savoury pancakes.
use this recipe and replace banana with egg whites .
Add some salt and pepper
Some chilli powder
Garlic paste
Add any chopped veggies.
(onions, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes).
Also its a good thing to add warm and hearty soups and curries to your diet.
