- Banana oatmeal pancakes are a healthy, satisfying, family-friendly breakfast. This recipe is gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free and absolutely delicious. An easy to make pancake recipe made with real, simple ingredients!

BANANA OATMEAL PANCAKE RECIPE
2 ripe bananas (about 10 ounces)
1 cup egg whites or 2 eggs
1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of kosher salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine banana, egg whites, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in the blender and blend until you have a nice thick batter.
Stir in walnuts or any other add-ins you like. Blueberries, pecans, and chocolate chips are some of my other favorites.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over a medium heat and lightly coat with coconut oil.
Pour pancake batter in the pan to form small-medium sized pancakes. Cook for two minutes or until small bubbles begin to form on the top. Flip and cook for another two minutes or until golden brown and set through.
Repeat until you have used all the batter. You should end up with 9 pancakes.
Serve with your favorite pancake toppings and enjoy!
NOTES
*If you want to make these banana oatmeal pancakes vegan, swap the egg whites for 2 chia eggs.
**I love adding walnuts to this recipe, but pecans, blueberries, apples, chocolate chips and/or chopped peaches would also be delicious.

Tip: if you don’t want the chunky texture, blend the oats by themselves first to turn them into a flour. They turn out much more “pancake” like. Great Recipe by the way!

that is what I did. I used my coffee bean grinder to make my oatmeal flour.

Jolina Villaruel U can not make them without the bananas. The bananas makes it sweet.
The liquid egg whites definitely work better than using whole eggs (batter comes out really thick). For those who go with whole eggs, I highly recommend adding in a splash of almond/soy/oat milk (1/4 cup). Thank you for the great recipe Dani!

I made these and absolutely love them! I used:
2 Quaker Oats so simple original packets
2 eggs
2 small ripe bananas
Pinch of salt
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Teaspoon of baking powder
Blueberries
Amazing recipe! :)

I have just made these and they are amazing! I used to make the basic banana and egg pancakes a lot but these make filling pancakes which retain shape, stack well and provides loads of energy! I added raisins and blueberries to the batter. My 1 year old, husband and I just enjoyed these with peanut butter, chopped nuts and cream cheese on top with a drizzle of maple! thank you! love your recipes!
This recipe is so amazing! The pancakes are incredibly tasty and easy to make, i love to make them when i have some free time at the morning and then freeze the ones i didn’t eat for whenever i’m in a hurry and craving pancakes. i love adding for toppings peanut butter, banana slices and coconut shreds. i adore having them with a nice cup of coffee, delicious breakfast.

Delicious 😋 i made them this morning and they were sooo easy and good. I cut the recipe in half to make one portion for myself and it was perfect. I ate it with cut up strawberries and bananas and some coffee! Perfect! ❤️👍🏽👏🏽🎉
