I just got one of these, a super cab XLT all stock with 137k. Getting the AC fixed soon and will do a timing kit, high volume oil pump etc before 150k.
Man, I’m so glad I found this channel I got one just like it. I bought a year ago and it needed a engine so I finally found a used engine and put one in there. I’m literally taking consideration doing most of the mod that you did especially doing at 2 1/2 inch lift kit.

You mention in your video to look at your parts list. You didn’t include the FORD grill. I’ve seen similar ones but they don’t have FORD on them. Your truck looks great.
The grills can be bought with "DOOD" letters on them and 2 single letters "F" and "R" to make it say ford. The D and 1 O are removable.

@@JustKingAdrian just curious to know. Would you happen to know if accessories from the 09-14 would fit on the 05 models? I believe you said your side steps are from the first Gen raptors… I’m looking at a roof rack from Hooke Road that fits an 09-14 but would like to put it on the 05. Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you!
I know suspension, and cabs are very similar. The running boards bolted right up and on my other 11th Gen the 12th Gen micros bolted right on as well. But I don’t have experience with roof racks. Sorry!

I have an 05 Ford F-150. I love your videos with one exception. Could you please go a little more step by step in your mods. If not I'm still going to watch your videos. My truck is red as well. I bought some red and black seat covers that look awesome! A red and black steering wheel cover. And a red and black Ford logo for the center of the steering wheel because the one that came with was all scratched up. Good luck for all your future endeavors and best wishes to your family!

Shocks will make it drive just fine? Do i have to just start from scratch with a whole new kit? Thank you for your time

What are the tail lights? Also, did you find it easy to do the steering wheel controls for your aftermarket radio? How does that 10” stereo fit, now? Is there a trim kit behind the large screen so it’s not just a hole it comes out of?

Hows it been with over 200k miles? Ive had a couple over the years and about to get another as a cheap work beater but none woth that many miles

Because it’s bent? 😢 lol I found a few on marketplace I just need to pull the trigger and replace it. The valance has a little crack too. My wife made friends with a pole 😅

What size lift blocks in back
No lift blocks on the back. Just the leveling kit up front.
Sounds like you used a similar kit for the timing issue to the one I used on my 06 FX4. So many people (mechanics included) telling me it's not worth putting money into the truck because the timing issue will just come back again. I've put another 50K on the truck, still running like it's brand new. No complaints so far!
