all coaches do this.. protect the younger guys early on, not really any different than any other coach and he says that in interview

Coach Smith has a plan, no two runners alike. He’s being patient..Nico has never trained with guys att this level thus even an easy day can feel tough ..smart move by Coach, honestly he’s earned the right to not even have to answer the question yet still does! Trust the process!

@@zaydxn2735 many college freshman pick up 15 lbs of weight from over eating their freshman year. The freshman dining commons and meal plans offer all you can eat.
