This was such a tough workout for me today. My energy was not there so I made it through about 32 minutes of the video and had to stop because I ran out of time. Definitely the hardest barre workout for me yet. It was a burner and I was covered in sweat. Thanks Tracy!
I mistakenly thought this was going to be a more low key workout but was I wrong!! The first circuit with the plie arm wave exercise really worked it for me. And let's not get into the short/long lunges on releve. Wooh, what a great workout!! Thank you!
Wow great to start of with this amazing total body barre supersets workout after 2 weeks without working out. The excercises are hard even though I could keep it up. Good for agility and condition. Using 6lbs and 4lbs dumbells. I enjoyed it and had a good sweat too. Thank you Tracy.👍💦💕
Felt so good afterwards though! Don't think it was the vaccine...LOL.......Im SOO sweaty!! Such a great workout...I love the full motion movements with barre...I feel the strengthening and stretching each move and love that!
