What an awesome workout, Tracy! I am super sweaty, and my HR was way up throughout the workout 💓. I loved this fusion of kickboxing/barre, what a creative mix 👍. My fav moves were the Plie Crunch Lunge L/R, Reverse Lunge Tip Toe Squat, and the entire last group of exercises! This was so fun, and I am pumped up for the rest of the day 🤸♀️🌞🔥
This workout really got my heart rate up quick and I was super sweaty during and after ! You really know what exercises compliment each other to get that HIIT effect! Wonderful! Thank You !
A real burner on the legs! I have really liked the latest workouts you have done. The variety, time frame, etc has all been awesome! Thanks!! That last plie went by faster with switching the arm movement! Good change up 😅

I just did this workout in my hotel room in Seattle. This is perfect! I didn’t use any weights, but I still got a great lower body and cardio workout. I also really loved the kickboxing mixed in with barre. Thanks so much, Tracy!
Different. Fun. Burned like hell. Nice mix of the two. Workouts have a Tracy style/fingerprint , but still have variety. Successful experiment IMO. Good work Trace.👍🏽
Great to do this barre Cardio kickboxing workout. The excercises are super and intense. I got a little confused with the kickboxing moves though. My head said the left foot to kick back but my right foot did it. That didn't go very well for the first two round the last round I finished better.😂 Thank you Tracy.👍💦❤
Sometimes I take a look at your videos to see the daily workout (with audio off) and then I do something else, or open new windows, and I leave you on the screen and then I come back and see you still sweating and feel SO BAD for you kept exercising with nobody watching :D
