I didn’t love it , mainly because I had to keep pausing to get up if we were on the floor and choosing weights, but I apparently was so tired that I slept over 7 hours without waking up. I feel refreshed so thank you for that!

He most probably will be in there through out his Chemo which lasts until end of September! Heading there this morning to give mom a break! We are taking it one day at a time and trying to stay positive! Also trying to keep our lives as normal as possible! We will get through this bump in the road! Thank goodness for your workouts💖
