I cant see the possible reference to the dart super right now, but i feel its from something else. There must be other references too.
You haven't seen "Operation Scorpio"? That's where they got him from. His moves are pretty insane: the guy actually hangs his leg in front of him like that.

Its funny that whenever she does the "upside down lariat" i remember of a very similar special move of Drunken Master Jackie, from the Jackie Chan fg lol. Its the only comparable move i know. And its just like people say, i cant unsee it... since the moment i noticed the similarity.

This is the first fg ive ever seen (and ive seen many since the early 90s) executing "ex moves" this way: creating a kind of shadow clone that does the actual move. Like it was SF Alpha 3's custom combo shadows, but pre-set to a certain action and not following your inputs like the true custom combo. Is there another fg that does the same?

Drunk Master's animation always impresses me the most. It is fluid AF. It kinda' reminds me of a Don Bluth's movie or something like that.
