Good workout! It used to be that my kids would giggle behind me when I did the routines. Now that they're grown up and busy with their studies, something new has started to happen. Our 72 year old home assistant has begun silently mimicking me and getting a workout too! It was creepy at first, but since she wants to stay fit, I let her try to keep up. Incidentally, the cool down routine at the end is great for supplementing the kneading that my reflexologist does to my left shoulder. Thanks for keeping us fit.
