This is not hiit. Hitt is intense max velocity in whatever exercise. This is steady cardio low intensity
Mas pelo menos funciona,eliminei -15kg com as aulas dela junto com uma boa alimentação 🙏🏻
@annyartes funciona claro e óbvio, principalmente p quem não treinava muito antes mas não cria EPOC que o HIIT produz horas pós workout. Essa é a diferença.
