Modified Fords at Silverstone in the wet!!!

Managed to get to see the final race at Silverstone after a very eventful day traveling up and doen the M40 trying to buy a new daily. Was good to catch up with the MTS boys, and finally see the finished 'Avin the crack' Millington Cortina. Great racing amazing cars and quality people as usual!
Was also getting the hang of doing subtitles in the editing software.

Loving the fords,not much you could do with them back in the day,I've come a long way since my Ford days,doing pistonheads track evening in my f type jaguar V6S manual 450bhp at my local track brands hatch, there is life after fords. Jack Gadd was my labourer now he's got a rounder figure driving his mk1 Escort, Avin a crack lads doing it for fun great result for a novice crew.

A K&N works best with 1/16 the of dust on it....👍

Was this Saturday or Sunday? I went on Sunday and the paddock was empty when I was there. Cheap ticket prices but the worst turnout of any event I’ve ever been to.
