Autopsy Raises Questions in Death of Teen Found Naked in Road

- The autopsy for Noah Presgrove determined what caused the 19-year-old’s death but didn’t answer the question of how he died. Presgrove was found dead in a road in Terral, Oklahoma last September. He’d been at a party with friends the night prior. The medical examiner released the autopsy report for Presgrove this week but it raised more questions about his death. Law&Crime’s Angenette Levy looks at the report with crime scene consultant Alina Burroughs in this episode of Crime Fix - a daily show covering the biggest stories in crime.

@@billgreen1861 that is typical language with class action lawsuits. They are casting a wide net to get as many people as possible to join the litigation. They want thousands of people complaining that they were damaged in some way. Then Google settles, and everyone gets a small check. Or they go to trial and either get nothing or potentially a lot more if Google loses

Don't think it's a hit and run with only injuries to the left side head, neck and torso and no injuries to shoes, legs and lower half of body. Plus he's naked so someone stripped him naked or stole his belongings to maybe humiliated/f*** with him. Got surprise attacked by a group with a bat first then stripped and dumped on the roadside or he was running away from the scene and got ambushed??? No signs of being tied up or held down.
@@DayrusBPB he couldn't be running from the scene and gotten ambushed cuz there's isn't enough blood at the scene. The hit and run can't be it, unless he got hit somewhere else and then they dropped him in the spot he was found...because the news mentioned there isn't enough blood at the crime scene. Only large amount of blood was found pooled in his skull, which was way less then the amount in the human body...means he lost alot of blood somewhere else. No blood splattered around or on road anywhere around him or in his vicinity.
Wow, my heart breaks for the parents of this precious young man. This was personal and cruel, and not an accident. These monsters need to be found and punished to the fullest extent.

I can’t imagine how his manner of death is considered Undetermined! It should be listed as HOMICIDE!
Because they can’t definitively say what caused the injuries that lead to his death. We’re his injuries caused by the ATV rollover? Where his injuries caused by a fight? Which injuries were caused by what incident? How did he end up naked? They don’t have enough information about what happened that evening/morning to make the determination. The report is supposed to state facts not suppositions.

i heard some people at the party have family ties to authorities in the town, being from a small town also, i’ve seen people commit crimes and get away with no punishment or they cover their crimes because of the influence their last name has.

My Grandpa 2as a WW2 POW when the Japs came to the island they were on the first thing they did was line them up and make the strip. It got way worse from there. It's horrifically evil. And you are right. It was personal and they wanted to humiliate him not protect his dignity.

This happened 8 months ago. It’s very concerning that after this much time LE seems to have nothing. Nothing seems to add up, something stinks about this. Hopefully the parents are able to hire their own investigator.
I've heard rumors the investigation was botched because the local police had kids at the party and they didn't want them involved in the investigation.

I am shocked at the number of severe injuries and trauma he received resulting in his tragic death! All his teeth knocked out, all his ribs broken, a large part of his scalp ripped off and his skull caved in! Absolutely horrendous! Whomever did this to him are monsters! In my practice I've seen a lot of patients with head trauma. The depressed skull fracture, with concomitant basilar skull fractures, scalp degloving/avulsion, neck fracture and peripheral injuries (abrasions, rib fractures etc) are what you would see in a motor vehicle accident when someone gets ejected from the vehicle. Or if someone is thrown from a moving vehicle.

Then you didn't watch the video. It's explained. There are no drag marks, all his injuries are torso and up, and the shoes had no damage. There's just no evidence at all for concluding that the person / body was dragged.

Teen on teen violence is rising. Kids are angry. I guarantee that this attack was done by another boy at the party who liked or somehow “defended” his girlfriend. I am a teacher and the amount of kids who fight their classmates is insane.

I had a alcohol problem awhile back ,my son did too, so one day I sat down with him and with so much love and compassion I told him we both had to stop drinking, I told him
"Son if you have the guts to stop drinking,then I will have the guts to stop drinking too, what do you say we give it a try?"...
We went what many call cold turkey and we did it! It's been close to 5 yrs and we have never again drank alcohol. On many occasions or gatherings people offer us to drink but we nicely say we'll pass...

- His clothes were found nearby and neatly FOLDED.
- There were 2 shoes on site, one on his foot and the other was off & only one of those shoes belonged to him.
- (please don’t read the following if you’re bothered by gruesome details) A family member noted that his fingertips looked shredded as if he had been trying to grab or hold onto something.

This has troubled me since the first day I heard of his passing, and I am half way across the world. Whether it was his eyes that drew me in or the fact he was my sons age, something made me stop, listen and learn what I could. Nothing added up for me, the silence of the friends and the fact it got practically no media coverage. I hope the family get the answers they are searching for and slowly day by day his memory with have more smiles than tears.

I’m betting people he was partying with knows what happen …..sounds like he was drunk might of been in a fight or sucker punched he was either killed during the attack/fight and someone got scared and dumped his body or he fell out the back of someone’s truck/car

I can’t imagine what his parents and siblings are going through. It’s bad enough to know you’ve lost your child, but to know someone or some bodies did this to him and his last moments were violent is awful.
I hope these people or persons who did this to Noah get caught and get a life sentences. I don’t know whether this state allows the death penalty, but if so, they get condemned to death.
Noah looked a very handsome young man. I’m sure his parents were very proud of him.

This all sounds very deliberate to me! It also sounds like several different types of injuries to me as well.
Getting ran over doesn't explain the extensive injuries to his finger tips, which were shredded and sliced up like he was desperately holding on to something for dear life before he died.

Having alcoholic beverages in your own home at a private party is not a crime and when the kids drink it when you're away is not a crime either. If your 18 year old drinks chlorine that's in your home, that's not your fault either. The fact that people drank alcohol at that party is not what caused this crime either. Please get rid of this ridiculous woke american mindset of trying to blame everyone for the faults of others. People drink alcohol all the time, party kids too, every weekend, and in 0,0032% of the cases a murder happens afterwards. Please grow up!

How was this video just released today yet there's so much missing info? I've seen photos of the crime scene where circles are drawn on the pavement to indicate where his teeth had been found, as well as indication of where his body was discovered in relation to those teeth. There was also a map released that showed he was less than a mile away from the party. I think it was only about a block or two away, on a rural country road.
It sounds to me like they kick him from a car alive and then drove over him to kill him! Maybe someone interrupted him while being with someone’s lady?

They could have held him by his ankles when they dragged him, the shoes wouldn't be damaged and the majority of injuries would be from the waist up.

It sounds to me like after the dragging and beating they then laid him on the road and ran over him to make it look like he got hit by a car. Being drunk who knows what they were thinking. They were trying to cover up an accident that they caused or a murder.

He was beaten to death, and all of these kids know what happened and whether or not they get caught, they will be punished for life by having to live with this weight on their conscience. Well they could have drug him by his shorts around his ankles..considering one shoe was found off the body and he probably had his shorts around one leg which is why he had grazes on one side of the body and no damage to the shorts.

Could he have been dragged by his feet/legs? Maybe that would explain the lack of injuries on his legs, and it would explain why the ribs on the top of his torso were broken. I think Noah was murdered.

Some folks in an earlier video suggested possible car surfing turned dragging may cause the injuries stated. The posts were from people who said they did car surfing in their misspent youth. Seems a lot of people with misspent youth, car surfing isn't legal so I suspect some of them might be fudging their ages and it's a in fad right now?🤷

I have watched several, different, reports on this particular death case. A few questions that are never asked, or revealed, is what was the blood/alcohol score for Noah? Were there drugs in his system? Did anyone leave the house party shortly after Noah left? Were all of the teenagers, at the house party, questioned? This case has some weird details and quite a few "walls" that are leaving a lot of unanswered questions.

One question, I saw in the autopsy report that his name is listed as Noah Alexander Nichols. I thought it was Noah Presgrove?
This is a devastating set of injuries, a cliff diving injury? He fell head first, no blood at the scene. Several people know what happened, the ones who dragged his body. It is hard to tell if they placed his body out of respect or if they wanted to make it look like a random sexually motivated crime. This one is tough, but ruling out homicide? Maybe so that his "friends" do not feel threatened to talk if they are not suspects

Maybe he sustained all his injuries in the ATV accident and then the others involved in the accident moved him to the highway to cover up and protect the ATV driver or owner of the property he was at.

I saw a comment where someone said they might have been " car surfing". They said this typically takes place naked. Hearing more info from the autopsy it does seem possible. I do pray the family receives answers one day soon.
I still think the kids were goofing around naked car surfing, Noah fell off and the car ran him over. I didn’t even realize that was a thing, but apparently it is. Nothing makes sense in this case and the kids know something, IMO.

Being ran over (tire mark) doesn't tell why his skull was literally fractured into two! His neck fractures, common with hangings, like a pull type injury, so falling off a roof would NOT be same injury. Have authorities found these two vehicles new owners and evaluated them.The amount of blood found around his organs tells me injuries were BEFORE his heart stopped pumping. Where are his clothes he wore during the ATV "rollover"? I'm guessing whatever happened, he had blood on his clothes. Why did the girls bathe him? Why was he naked, but shorts "folded" nearby? More than one person did this, others at the party may not know what happened after 3 am.. but there are at least 2+ more that know what happened to him... only covering up because they are guilty of something.
