I agree. For them not to investigate this as a murder is either one of two things. 1. the police investigating are either lazy or incompetent or 2. There is a cover-up of the one or perhaps a group who they know beat him to death. This boy didn't do that to himself, no way on earth.
To just simply rule out homicide, after hearing the full extent of the injuries is just wrong. That family deserves better.
The thing that does it for me is he was naked.. if you accidentally get hit by a car or something else, you don’t get naked afterward.. unless he was so drunk he stripped for god knows why and put on 2 different shoes, seems much more possible someone stripped him after he died for evidence reasons..

I know someone who jumped into the Cumberland river and attempted to cross it while drunk and nearly drowned. People are fools sober much less under the influence.

literally. they’ll try to blame it on wildlife, him being intoxicated. there is absolutely no reason why this kid should have been found deceased AND naked. he didn’t undress himself, no vehicle hit him out of his clothing, & i know no animals ate the clothing off of him without disturbing his body. another human did this to him & its sick.

If you accelerate a vehicle to a high rate of speed and jump out of the vehicle or you’re pushed out then you might get some of these injuries, including missing teeth, a collapsed skull, scratches etc. He was seen shirtless at the party, so you could explain away the top part of his body missing clothes. But even at a high rate of speed, you won’t lose your shorts and they certainly won’t be folded up next to the body. And that doesn’t explain why he was wearing the wrong shoe. You need another event prior to this to explain everything. If he was attacked first, then stripped and thrown off of a moving car, possibly as a coverup for the crime, then you’d be able to explain his injuries and the unusual way he was found.

They aren't "officially" investigating this as a murder, but that doesn't mean they aren't considering it.
Could be a strategic move by police to make people relax and slip up, or cooperate with the investigation. If they know they are being investigated for murder then they are less likely to cooperate.
Also, it could be that they just don't believe it was an intentional murder. Maybe they're chalking it up to manslaughter. Give it time to play out

There's no way your shoes are staying on if you were hit so hard that you got knocked out of your pants, and if you got hit so hard that you were knocked out of your pants, there would be very little left of your body. This young man was murdered.

If it's not premeditated in Oklahoma, it isn't murder. It might qualify as involuntary manslaughter or whatever your laws are there. I'm from PA. But they specifically said they're not investigating it as a murder, meaning they don't think someone planned to kill him and followed through

So let me get this straight, his body is found on the side of remote highway unclothed beaten severely to where he’s got teeth knocked out laying next to the body. But, law enforcement isn’t going to investigate this as a homicide please make this make sense… This family needs an attorney and private investigator for them.
In the end Noah passed away …she said on camera… the very fact this young man being found on a highway naked with his teeth scattered around him should cause any family members/friends to be totally broken hearted no matter it being 8 months or 8 years!!!!!!!!

The only accident I could see here might be him car surfing and falling and his drunk underage friends making a poor decision and leaving him there in hopes the police would assume a hit and run. No other accident theory would make sense. And they could still be charged with manslaughter if that is what happened. Noah's best friend is really trying to convince everyone there was a hit and run but that's not what the evidence shows....

Allegedly Jack was angry that Noah was talking to Jack's fiance "too long". If Jack was mad about that then maybe Noah and his gf also got into a fight about it. That friend group seems pretty unhealthy. Like they were friends because it's a small town and that's who you hang with but if they lived in a bigger city they wouldn't actually hang out. True friends don't treat each other like that, imo. Also, everyone was slapping each other on camera for fun. How is that fun? It seems like a more violent group. Like violence is normalized. It's really sad. I've been slapped twice in my life and it wasn't okay. I don't play like that.

Sometimes law enforcement holds back details for a reason. They might know more than they are able to say right now in order to protect the case or throw the perpetrator off. Just because something doesn't make sense to us, doesn't mean there's a cover up.

The family has to go over the police jurisdiction. They need to have an investigation of the police, at the same time as Noah's death. Ask lawyers outside of Oklahoma and the FBI. Also telephone and computer information is done by the Secret Service now.

There was no sign of any parts of a vehicle that even the police said if Noah had been struck, some evidence would have been found, even the lack of blood considering the injuries shows that whatever happened likely started elsewhere and somehow ended on that stretch of highway, I don't understand why this isn't being investigated as murder as the police have said the injuries that they'd expect to see on a body after being struck just wasn't there, I hope someone comes forward and speaks up for their friend,

I live in the Netherlands and have been following the news about Noah Presgrove for a while. It is a tragedy for Noah's family that there is still no conclusive information about what happened to their beloved Noah. I hope they find comfort in the knowledge that if someone is guilty of this, he or she will appear before the highest court. Only it is not from a judge here on earth, but in a place where God sits. I wish Noah's family all the strength and love of God to bear this great loss.

Yeah he was. I wish I could say that it’s a surprise that the police won’t investigate this as a murder. It’s happened before multiple times. It’s upsetting, a similar murder happened to my uncle who I really loved as a 2 nd father. He was murdered when I was 17 years old. He came out of bad he was hit in the back of his head. Bruising all over his torso. Broken ribs, fractured jaw. It was brutal. And the cops brushed it aside, saying he dies from falling and hitting his head. his body was found face down and the autopsy clearly shows he was murdered. His case eventually went cold even though my parents were fighting extremely hard to get justice for my uncle. We were so devastated.
I really hope that doesn’t happen to this young man and his family. It really can take a toll on a family. And I just feel so bad for his parents. I can’t imagine the horror of losing a child. All I can say is at least his murder is getting media attention. Because that always helps a case like this to be solved. My heart goes out to his family.

The only other thing other than being hit by a vehicle or beaten and abandoned, is if he was in the bed of a pickup truck playing games and fell off the back at speed. The person driving the truck hoping not to get in trouble may not have said anything or even knew of it. We are dealing with drunk teenagers, so things like this can happen.

A friend of my brother in high school fell off the back of a pickup truck and saved his head from impact by breaking both of his arms. Such accidents aren't that unusual.
