They set him up to come to the party to be beaten up and beat him up is what they did , but then it got out of hand and he was killed !!!!! And that's where the cover up began!!! They stripped him of his clothes and then dumped his body and clothes on the side of the road along with whatever teething or other evidence that they could gather up!!!!!!

I’ve seen the father of the main guy in question in action at parties and “skip days”. I’ve seen these people in action. But the dad, he definitely thinks his shit don’t stink, like he’s better than people. He’s already been involved in other cases that were swept under the table as well. This coverup was crafted by someone who knew what they were doing. Someone who knew how to fool police, or at least give them hell. I feel in my heart that this is anything but an accident. I pray that there is justice for you Noah… I pray that your family get all the answers they are searching for and that your community does as well. He knew for a fact that he couldn't beat Noah because he had tried this once before and had lost!!!! So he enlisted the help of some of the other guys who didn't like him either to help beat him up!!!! And then they got him so drunk that he couldn't fight back , and that's when the beating started and it didn't end until he was unconscious and actually dead!!!! They really didn't intend to kill him but that is exactly what happened???? And then the cover up began!!!!!

Would certainly explain some things and it’s not too far fetched - Noah was clearly a guy who generated plenty of attention and this would naturally come from people of all persuasions. She should be providing this information directly to LE otherwise people just write it off as small town gossip.

I feel for the family. The part that gets me is why he was naked and why his nails/finger tips were messed up.

Noah’s death has really caught my attention. As a Mom of 2 adult sons, this is horrific! So glad to see Noah’s brother Dailen speak out for his brother. Noah had head trauma, his teeth were out of his mouth, it’s extremely hard to pull teeth out of one’s mouth. Please hire someone to help you find out who murdered your brother in such a horrible way. My thoughts go out to you and your family and May you soon find out the truth about what happened to Noah.

You know I lost some one to suicide and in one of my visits to a clinic that helps people like me , I asked one of the guys of the suicide rates , and one thing he told me was that the new way people are dying recently is by car , but I didn't ask how because I once tried to open a car when I was young because I was mad , but I told my husband that maybe he was just having fun sitting in the windshield door and accidentally fell out because only his upper body was hurt from what I heard, in my teens I used to hang out with friends and party and one of our friends once walked home with some little kids flip flops and we used to swim in our underwear, in my opinion I feel it was an accident, and someone knows but is too scared to say , I hope they really find the answers of what happened, because it's very sad not to know , I pray for this family because it is so hard and painful to loose someone you love , and these are just my thoughts, I could be wrong

I'm sure there were footprints at first. But there were so many people around Noah's body before police arrived that I'm sure they were destroyed.
I'm just praying that the national news will keep this tragic story alive and keep coming back to Oklahoma to report on this case.
In doing so, it will light a fire under the police and in turn, they will hopefully put some pressure on the people who were at the party with Noah, his girlfriend, and other so called friends.
The police have got to start taking these cases seriously.
More and more young people are ending up dead under suspicious circumstances, and the police are just looking the other way.
I hope and pray that stops with Noah's case and that his killer or killers will be brought to justice.

Same. I witnessed a hit and run in broad daylight in Portland. I was doing more to help the victim, her family when they arrived, gather video footage from the nearby apt building AS well as picking up pieces of the spray painted vehicle in order to get the make/model and original paint color from the intersection. What were the police doing? Standing there watching me and joking that they were going to deputize me. It felt like I was in the twilight zone. They did not care to help anyone at all.

Okay, he was involved in and survived an ATV rollover earlier the night before. It was his best friend Jack’s ATV. He could have had a slow internal bleed. Then other rough play some of which was recorded might have escalated.
Clearly, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol is not the correct agency to be dealing with this. It’s out of their scope and they’re not that interested because of the complexities.
Seriously, the breadth of this and the bizarre follow up is highly questionable. All phones from party-goers should have been seized.

How bout an educated guess. Car / truck surfing naked and drunk, lost balance fell, hung on, dragged, unbeknownst to the driver ... then the driver realized what happened and left. He didnt immediately die, hence the fetal position. Others know what happened, there are probably videos. A 4 day/4 night party, with under-age drinking, bad things can and will happen.

Sounds like a very plausible explanation for the bizarre way that he was found. For sure, there are probably several people that witnessed this tragedy and know exactly what happened.

ets say he went to meet someones girl or sister, down the road but it was a set up, while hes naked, he folds his shorts puts his shoes back on and proceeds to get a ambush from behind causing blunt force to back of the head causing is teeth to scatter infront, so he droppped and laid in a fetel position.... or maybe while that happened the girl felt bad and maybe folded his shorts thinking he might wake up saving some sort of embarrassment. There could of been another car hanging out there.

Not likely that he was raped. Likely that he was killed, IMHO. One thing I've only seen mentioned once is that he had an argument with his girlfriend at that party. IF that really happened... could it be family or friends of hers? Who have they questioned? I don't know anything about the family or the others involved - and it is a state far from mine - but it seems to me that a thorough investigation needs to be pursued.

Maybe they got undressed and put their shoes back on to do the deed outdoors standing. @@nw6070 It's possible but very unlikely based on the info we have at this point. If it went down a path similar to that, much higher probability it was over a girl. Based on footage from the party and other information that's much more likely. It was either something in that realm and then being dumped out there, or it was related to falling or getting pushed out of a pickup or car.
I'm an attorney and I can't figure this one out. There are usually no car parts left from an 18 wheeler/pedestrian. But the clothes being off--I haven't even seen that from a high speed train/pedestrian hit. And the shoes being left on. Usually the shoes are the first to go in a high speed hit. Bizarre is the key word!

I would hire an attorney and look into suing the police department for not doing their duality on investigating your brothers death. They need to get FBI or Homeland Security to get involved because this is uncalled for. No one deserves to unlive someone nor give the right to touch them for any reason. No mention of blood where the body was found ? Tooth pulling usually has an amount of blood , even if its a minor amount.
Fetal position could be a defense mechanism to protect vital organs from beating/kicking.
he wasn't fully clothed to begin with - look at the party videos. It's not uncommon for people who hit the pavement from a moving vehicle to have clothes ripped off, and noah was just wearing shorts with an elastic band. The misinformation that someone nefarious folded his shorts is wrong - the shorts were folded by the police after picked them up from the road. I'm guessing he fell off a motorcycle or maybe a pick-up truck and the vehicle just kept on going. He probably was barely alive on impact and curled up in a fetal position before the last moments. Nothing else makes sense to me.

Who ever involved probably has ties with the DA and/or other officials. On top of that, the police are probably too LAZY to do anything and/or just don't care. No way this was a hit and run and everybody knows it!! I hope Noah and his family get the justice he/they deserve! DO NOT give up on this case.
My brothers friend was hit by a hit and run driver, maybe 40-45 mph, it threw him in a yard while it threw his boots in the yard on the opposite side. He had boots on and the impact knocked both of them off.

It was foul play, If he was hit by a car he would have been knocked out of his shoes. It's impossible his shoes would still be on. I bet one of the teens involved has a parent in either law enforcement or politic's or rich influential parents. I believe this young man was beaten to death and then dragged by a vehicle. No one is talking because they are terrified they might be next. I pray what's in the dark comes to light and the people responsible get found and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I am so sorry for your loss, absolutely horrific and devastating. Keep speaking out and don't give up, hire a PI if you have to. The police and coroner are covering up the truth. Was he intoxicated? Why didn’t they collect phones from all at the party and review photos or video? Seems like there needs to be an investigation into this police department.
Do any of these kids at the party have relatives in law enforcement that would help in a cover up for them. Where was his phone pinging from in his last hours...who were his last phone calls and texts to-- were there any social media posts from him or his "friends" leading up to his death. Was everyone at the party's phones confiscated and reviewed. Was an anonymous tip line offered. Was there anyone on that road that night who may have seen something, but hasnt come forward yet. Why was none of his "friends" with him.
A hit and run is murder too.. just a different class of murder. But I think they need to look deeper. Considering our county knowing people in the right places means things get dropped, ignored, dismissed, covered up.

This Poor young man Noah …. I believe he died painfully … I believe that he was fighting for his life … 19 yrs young & was cut very very short in his life. A tragedy like this is virtually impossible to forget! Sad Sad Sad !!!
