Just think, someone out there is watching the coverage of this case, someone who knows exactly what happened. And they’re just watching.
Exactly and shaking in their skin.
Law Enforcement usually know much more than they let on. Some key piece of the puzzle seems to be missing, and this approach they’re taking may well be very calculated & deliberate. If someone - and there has to be someone(s) - is covering up what really happened, which certainly seems to be the case, the outcome will be far more brutal for them once LE flushes out this missing detail than if they were to step forward now and do the honorable thing.

@@Th3Chuzzl3r Far as I know, it's only the brother who has alleged his shorts were "folded". That has not been officially confirmed by anyone on the investigation. So I don't think we can say that for sure happened.
For the record: I don't think he was "car surfing", though I believe that's a reasonable theory. I think he probably got thrown out of the back of a pickup truck somehow - and grabbed hold of the side of the truck for awhile before he fell and hit the pavement. That would explain how his fingertips got shredded like he was holding on to something for dear life before he died.
@@TheBerylknightHe was found in the fetal position covered up. You don't end up like that after a hit and run. Also the injuries were not consistent for a pedestrian vs vehicle. Shoes still on, no lower body injuries.
Law enforcement cover up. No doubt. In a small town this is normal unfortunately. But media and social media need to keep putting pressure on. Justice for this young man and his family.

This is so heartbreaking to hear about the tragedy of the violent & untimely death of this young man. Something is very wrong with this and this needs to be re-investigated by another law enforcement agency. Until the full truth comes out.
His friend in the interview has body language that says the opposite of his words and the trauma a real friend would receive is completely absent, instead his friend keeps twitching backwards almost to every word and look.

I looked at RUclips body language experts videos and then would bounce back and forth to the friends vid to the body language expert vid and I agree with you. . He showed signs of lying. If there’s a known connection, then it would really call law enforcement’s statements about “no foul play” into question. I feel like that family would know about possible connections if there were but why wouldn’t they mention it in these interviews?

This hasn’t made sense from day one! This young man was obviously somewhere prior to ending up along side the highway, therefore, someone had to see him leave, and if he was leaving in the nude with only shoes on, hopefully he would have been stopped or at least the police would have been notified that a guy was walking around nude, if they think he could have fallen out or pushed out of a vehicle, again, someone knows why he was nude because he was covered up.. if a complete stranger pulled over and covered him, they would have in most all cases, notified the authorities.. How in the world can the police in good conscience, say he was just walking down the road undressed and dropped dead from possibly an earlier ATV accident, come on now, wake up law enforcement and do your job!! God Bless this young man and his family!

At 15, when the car I was in pulled a brodie at an intersection, I slid across the back seat, out the door and tumbled head over heels down the road. All I got was a headache and a couple of bruises. My mom didn't even know for years. Something fishy happened here.

Perhaps there could be some extenuating circumstances that would bring in the Feds..if so I hope that evidence comes to light.

I live in Fort Worth but frequently go to the Casino there in Terrel (Riverstar) it upsets me that this happened in a small rural community and no one has answers. I suspect this as a cover up, Kid who did it probably is very good friends if not family with Law enforcement or a very wealthy family. The ranches around there are worth Millions of Dollars

I'm 48 and gay. I know small towns. I know what guys do. I was exposed to a situation in 1995 that could have ended up like Matthew Shepard. This story stinks of a sex crime.
This story has been eating me for days because it stinks to high heaven. And just the facts alone allow my autistic brain to start linking it to other similar crimes. Matthew Shepard was the first victim my mind linked to this crime. There is another similar, unsolved crime "Years before disgraced South Carolina attorney Alex Murdaugh was convicted for the murders of his wife and son, there was another mystery in Murdaugh country - the death of Stephen Smith, a 19-year-old gay man whose body was found in the middle of a rural road on July 8, 2015."
They haven't explained how a guy hit by a semi, who's head is caved-in, can then take off his shorts and neatly fold them. Or is the idea that he took his shorts off just before he was hit by the semi, and the cops folded them? Or that the people who found him undressed him?
They are saying he wasn't hit by a car. They said it in this video. Did you watch it all?

Allegedly he had an ATV accident but was ok. That's his friend's saying that. He was beaten. Nose broken and cheek bones broken and his head was smashed in on one side. News article's out there.

THE AUTHORITIES IN THAT AREA KNOW EXACTLY WHO DID IT BECAUSE IT WAS ONE OF THEM......some cop that patrols that area or someone rich that is Friends with the local authorities did it. He fell from a horse and dragged from his ankle that was stuck in the saddles stirrup. Then the horse took off the young mans pants, folded his clothes, picked up a few teeth along with the young man's body in his mouth, then carried and placed him at the side of the road. If you think this story is just bazaar and illogical, it's no crazier than the cops explanation.

Unfortunately, this was not the case. They’re supposedly was an ATV accident earlier in the night, but there’s no way that nobody else on the ATV was injured. That does not make sense at all.
Sketchy at best! His best friend is not convincing at all, he should’ve just kept his mouth shut without a lawyer! Who does his dad know? Funny he said there was a truck driver with his hands on him when they pulled up. Where’s the truck, where’s the truck driver how come neither of them called police right away……….
I think all the kids in this small town know what happened. It's not so hard keeping a secret like this if there are lots of people involved. If you know something and keep it to yourself, you are involved. I think the family should hire a private investigator and soon. Sounds like the local cops are either not interested or they already know what happened and choose to keep quiet. The case is going nowhere. Thank God for Newsnation.

Current or ex, she would definitely (or as anyone who lost a loved one they cared about) be heartbroken or in severe distress. The excuse of "people process grief differently" is far from this case. You lost someone you loved/cared about, you would give in and do everything in your power to bring justice to their name (you would beg for mercy and search for the truth, search for answers actively, pronounce your name boldly for someone you love, and ask Law Enforcement to search for his killerd in this murder investigation). You would never sit back and watch the events unfold, nor would you move on with your life like nothing happened... quietly. She and many other guilty party members (and many claiming to love Noah/be his "friend") have not come forward defending Noah. Not in speech, not visiting the funeral, not checking up on his family, NOTHING, and we know Jack Newton is guilty, but he was quickly dismissed jist because he went on tv. Where sre his so called "friends" that love him/care about him??
Supposedly she was the reason he left the party. He wanted to sleep with her and she told him no, so he got upset and left.

Not much blood at the “final” scene. So besides the ATV accident which is motive for possible assault. Why was the party house not considered a crime scene?
Was it hazing gone overboard. The people who were invited to write on him need to explain how he was clean of the writing at post mortem.
The situation of the body, clothing, mismatched shoes, teeth collected and returned. The road location wasn’t where he met all the injuries, he may have been left and died there.
Most of his injuries were internal, so there wouldn't have been a lot of blood. Except for around the skull injury, and there was a pool of blood there.

Seems they missed alot of obvious clues , that just weren't properly investigated. Like it was swept under the rug. I think someone was in someone's pocket, to remain silent on these issues.

Exactly why we need to find out the truth. It's not right for a family to get their boy back like this and no explanation as to why or what happened to him. It's just not right for the family not to know. Noah didn't do this to himself.
