    I'm a Korean. In Korea, pie is western style and gochujang is a really authentic Korean sauce, so combining the two is really inconceivable. We pay tribute to your creative combinations and discover many inspirations and possibilities. Thank you

    Never thought Sour Cream and Gochujang gonna make sense together. But this looks delish! Definitely gonna try making this.

    I watched this last week and immediately added it to my menu for this week. I made it tonight and it was so good!! My kids all loved it as well. It has the right amount of heat and the chicken with the bacon and mushrooms was just amazing. Thanks for another great recipe.

    I made this yesterday but hate cream so used cream cheese instead, oh my goodness that works... Thank you Marion, I never thought I would want to cook but having discovered you and your cook book (which is fantastic) I am thoroughly enjoying learning how.

    I made these, and they were amazing. I only had one type of mushroom and honestly nothing more was needed. Seriously fantastic.

    I made this last night! I tweaked it and added some carrots and beans. The flavours were spot on.. And definitely used puff pastry from the freezer section. They even came in small squares so the assembly was super easy! Thanks Marion💓 from Vancouver CA

    Delicious! Just made it for the first time & won’t be the last.
    Going to try this next time we go camping, for sure 😊
    I used chicken tenderloins so added the mushrooms prior to the chicken, (& a little less gochujang) so yum!
    Thinking some tender beef would go well too.
    Thank you for yet another great flavour combo 💗

    Gochujang just added to my shopping list!! First I will follow your recipe for chicken pot pie. Then I will try with mashed potato topping instead of puff pastry. Hmm, might use chunks of tender beef with the potatoes. Should be tasty with the mushrooms, sour cream and Gochujang. Your presentations are a pure pleasure to watch. 😊😊

    Korean gochugang. Use often..um looks so crunch and yummy soft inside. Will omit the bacon. Definitely will make this one day soon. Thank you

    Omg looks soooo delicious, i think if you used pork or beef and then all kind of mushrooms and spring onions or normal onions and red bell pepper, then make a brown ish sauce and then the pie dough omg i think that would be heavenly delicious hehe

    i too, would have eaten that straight out of the wok with that beautiful, fresh spring onion in there. Just topped on some wide rice noodles, add in some lemon grass

    I didn't have bacon or sour cream at home so skipped the bacon and put in ricotta instead but omggg still so good, the gochujang is a genius move!

      you should check out maangchi and made with lau’s channels. they make lots of asian vegetable side dishes. seonkyoung longest has recently been making lots of vegetarian and vegan regular dishes.

    Hi Marion, can I prepare the individual pies in advance from the day before, refrigerate, cover with glad wrap then bake the following day. I would like to serve them for a girl's luncheon. This way all I would have to do is to place them in the oven and bake. Please let me know. Maybe I should assemble the pies on the day of serving.

      Smoked meat like Smoked beef or else. Or if you're a vegetarian, I suggest to substitute to "Vegan Bacon" and Emmymade have a recipe on her channel. Here it is : m.ruclips.net/video/kivu6S1c98I/видео.html
