WOW this one was awesome! I was able to do most of the movements and enjoyed the new challenges. Even some of the familiar movements took on new challenge after challenging the body in new ways. I can certainly feel some new muscles a day later :). I look forward to doing this video over again and trying the new moves on a fresh day. Thank you for another great workout!

Hey Jessica! It may not even be your goal to do the advanced movements, and that's ok! I actually prefer the beginner and intermediate movements myself (and like to work on appropriate form, control, breathing, etc.), but it's always good to challenge myself too :) Those advanced moves are definitely difficult and something to work up to, if that's your goal!

Hi Carla! Wow, I'm so happy you enjoyed this class so much! Feeling "reborn"?! Love it! As for the foam roller, that is a very smart purchase...it's one of my favorite props! I love the foam roller for so many reasons. It's great for stretching and releasing the muscles, but you can also use it to add variety to some traditional pilates exercises. I did a recent standing pilates video using the roller that you can find here: ruclips.net/video/Y6O1lyMbo4s/видео.html I'd love to do a floor routine with it too, so be on the lookout for that! I do like to include cardio and strength as part of my personal routine as well (free weights and biking/walking). I love to add in yoga too!
