Christian LeStrange if you are already slim it can take about 3 months to get a six pack but if you are a bit overweight it will help you loose the fat (might a little longer) and it will take hard work and dedication.

I don't think anyone will actually read this, but I've been doing this workout and the waist fat burn workout everyday without a rest for almost a month now (before that I was doing lower belly fat burn for about 2 months without rest days) and i've seen a lot more tone in my overall body shape, I would highly recommend pairing with videos and also adding a daily walk/ bike ride and a calorie deficit to see results much more quickly and significantly, you've got this!

I really liked this routine. I dunno if it is me or if maybe I have been doing too many intense ab workouts but this seemed easier than I thought it would be. I like to think I am just getting stronger!
I’ve been doing this for about two months along with some other ab workouts, and let me just say. It. Works. You’ll definitely see a difference right away. I was fascinated at how fast one can actually burn “ab fat” with the right mindset and determination. For all of those who are wondering if this is worth your time, yes it is. Trust me, you’ll feel great knowing that you did this for yourself, I know I did. The more you keep doing repeating the routine on a day to day and week to week basis, in about 3-4 months you may have the abs that you were looking for. Good luck with those abs everyone.
ecxstasy I usually do it once per day (either in the night or in the morning, or if I really feel like it both day and night) , but I also do other ab reps from RUclips. I usually do it 5-6 times a week. There are times during the week where I have no time to do it so I take those as break days because your abs need time to rest and recover. And I try not to eat anything before the work out, because it should be pretty obvious. But overall I try to drink a lot of milk and water, aswell as eating meats, fruits, vegetables, rice, etc.
I dont think this is so intense. Initially i appreciate you for making such a video . Its purely a manual for beginers ,and am sure that it will influence them in all means waiting for the next👍🏻

When you're laying on your back, your back is of the floar which puts a lot of distress on your lower back which could cause injuries of your core isn't strong enough. I wouldn't advise this for beginners.

When you're laying on your back, your back is of the floar which puts a lot of distress on your lower back which could cause injuries of your core isn't strong enough. I wouldn't advise this for beginners.
When you're doing a simular excercise it's important you push your back against the floar, this way prevending lower back injuries.
