Which other videos? I am a runner but packed on some flab over the summer intentionally so I can increase weight(dumb decision) despite me not working out. My university has a good gym, and I am looking for exercises to do. What's your routine? From start to now?

For those curious, I've been doing this every other day for about a month along with some other stuff, and for the first time in my life I look good in a bathing suit. i don't have ripped abs, but they are fairly obvious. Awesome videos man.
TIP: When you guys workout the abdominal area make sure that your lower back is flat to ground like there is no space between that when you get the maximum results! Later in the workout sure you wont be able to hold it down so you will arch your lower back, that's when you start to get lower back problems.(From my personal experience)
good point and if you don't have strong enough abs to keep your lower back on the ground just put your hands under your butt to provide some extra support!!!!!

This is a great workout, but remember guys he barley have any rest between the exercises. Have as little rest as you can manage between the exercises to get ripped faster and you will feel the pain in ur stomach more intense ;)
+Ernesto Guidos brah i had 0 v-cut abs.. Then I started doing this and after 2 weeks I already had great results just keep pushing like 4 times a week.. But if U already have ab workout in ur training schedule then just do it like 2-3 times a week

I do this 4 times a day for 5 days and 2 day rest drink heaps Of water it works sooo good thanks man!! Instead of 12 leg raises do 25 so over all is 100 leg raises ;)
I tried this workout now its been a 4 weeks and no joke, i can see abs forming. If it doesnt work for you guys, its just that you might be consuming lot of sugar and might be fat
