    I just wanna say thank you. I've lost 50 pounds since last year. Diet is a big part of it but starting my day with your workouts has helped me with my routines. I recommend your videos to anyone trying and I like how you just start your videos without a bunch of banter. Sincerely a fan on the path of health and fitness.

      Which other videos? I am a runner but packed on some flab over the summer intentionally so I can increase weight(dumb decision) despite me not working out. My university has a good gym, and I am looking for exercises to do. What's your routine? From start to now?

    For those curious, I've been doing this every other day for about a month along with some other stuff, and for the first time in my life I look good in a bathing suit. i don't have ripped abs, but they are fairly obvious. Awesome videos man.

    TIP: When you guys workout the abdominal area make sure that your lower back is flat to ground like there is no space between that when you get the maximum results! Later in the workout sure you wont be able to hold it down so you will arch your lower back, that's when you start to get lower back problems.(From my personal experience)

      good point and if you don't have strong enough abs to keep your lower back on the ground just put your hands under your butt to provide some extra support!!!!!

    I cannot thank you enough, for the past 2 years I've been the fat kid and it's been miserable. I've always wanted to be in shape. I started your workout a week ago followed by a strict diet. I have already lost 13 pounds. I'm still a little chubby, but not nearly as I was. I hope to continue this and I'll comment 3 weeks from today to tell you my results. Current weight 153 Lbs. I'm only 15 turning 16 on dec 02

      I am Christian, so we have fasts, but not scheduled. I am only 19, so I have never truly completed a fast. What do you Muslims eat during fasting? How many calories, and what times do you eat?

    Brendan this has been amazing im just at my beginning "teenage" years and ive wanted to build some mass and that has succefully been done with your workouts! :D I just need to thank you for these videos, when i started working out and jogging like six or seven months ago i were kinda chubby but now I can see and feel my four pack that is building to sixpack slowly but effectively. So all i need to say thanks for motivation and good videos this has changed the way i look myself, finally I can feel so proud of myself and my body the way it is :D And could you give me some advice? I have been doing 2-3 of these your sixpack workout videos in a row and I have learnt the right way to make the movement and I can feel the burn but is there something special how i should train and should i start running to lower my fat percent or so?

      It's suggested you skip a day so your body can repair/build muscle. This is coming from a guy who's starting to get a detailed midsection.

    This is a great workout, but remember guys he barley have any rest between the exercises.
    Have as little rest as you can manage between the exercises to get ripped faster and you will feel the pain in ur stomach more intense ;)

      U already have ab workout in ur training schedule then just do it like 2-3 times a week

    Hi Brendan! I'm a medical resident here in the Philippines, trying to get in shape for the first time in my life. Your videos are quite intense and I've been trying to do them -- problem is I have a lower back injury. Do you think you could do a standing abs workout for people like me who have back problems?     I do this 4 times a day for 5 days and 2 day rest drink heaps
    Of water it works sooo good thanks man!! Instead of 12 leg raises do 25 so over all is 100 leg raises ;)

    I tried this workout now its been a 4 weeks and no joke, i can see abs forming. If it doesnt work for you guys, its just that you might be consuming lot of sugar and might be fat

    I pretty much can't do this with my hands beside my body, like you are doing it. Is it very less efficient if I'm doing it with my hands under my butt or that doesn't matter? Thank you for reply :)

      What I do is try my hardest to keep them on the side and when I feel like I can't do it anymore I put them under my butt lol

      Thanks I been watching all your ab work out videos. While I'm not terribly out of shape I'm no where near where u are. I'm 21 and about 216 lbs definitely looking to lose some weight but bulk up as well. My goal really is to be about 200lbs, but solid because I'm 6'2

    Hi Brendan, first to sum up the comments I read bellow, it is good to perform this exercise once in two days, with increased reps, and in two weeks we should be able to see the first signs of the muscle showing. would you agree with this? And would 3-4 reps for each exercise be enough? thank you for all the good tips!
