It would be interesting to try using a controller vs WSAD etc. Looking forward to seeing what you think. The game might look better on my PS5 than my PC. My Laptop is fairly old so... I've seen POE on PS5. Curious if it's similar to what we might see in POE2.
Nah, not anymore. D4 got crapped on for its first 3 seasons, Season 4 however fixed everthing and the game is AMAZING now. So..don't listen to those whiners too much, many of them are whining because they cannot pay for the game, they have 0 knowledge about it. D4 is great! Ask DM himself!
Right? And what to think about another large percentage of those whiners that put 1000 hours into the game themselves? What does that mean? If I put a 1000 hours into a game and complain it is bad.. is it actually bad or extremely good? I think the latter.
But I'm the roller will we be able to bind *move action? Cause we can't in Poe1 and most builds need it. I don't think it'll be a thing right off the rip, but give a yr maybe 2
If gear is worth picking up.. you will have all the gear you require in a couple minutes, so that's probably never going to happen. If gear is worthy of picking up.. it also probably means there is not a lot of cool shit we can do with gear.. which would be a super bad thing. So.. careful what you wish for, you think you want it but it would ruin the game. GGG knows better than any commenter what good gear progression/acquisition looks like.
damn this is sick, I had buddies who liked playing d3 on console together but everytime I would go over I would lament having to try and struggle through everyone pausing to sort their gear and stats xD Coming from pc it was basically unplayable for me but this actually has me tempted to buy a ps5 just to try and get my fiance to play poe2 couch co-op with me lol
I hope the controller setup is better. It was difficult before to use any build with potions because you have to take your thumbs off the movement sticks. You basically needed a scuf controller to be able to handle all the I puts and still be able to move. Controller locked you into certain builds because you can't effectively use all the potion slots.
Well did you watch the video? You need the arrow buttons and the console specific buttons PLUS you're already using both thumbs to move and aim. Going to be awkward to hit those other buttons. DOesn't look like a good time to me.
@@alcovitch The video also says it auto aims for you and the stick is just for precise aiming. You probably dont need right stick if you're playing melee or bow chars much. It'll be needed more for bosses definitely but I doubt its important for going through zones.

I hope controller support is decent. Wouldn't mind busting out my controller for PC for when I wanna lay in bed and "relax game" lol
The question is, will this delay the expected Beta that supposedly comes out at the end of the Year? It's great that they are focusing on a Console release. It would be interesting to try using a controller vs WSAD etc. Looking forward to seeing what you think. The game might look better on my PS5 than my PC. My Laptop is fairly old so...
I've seen POE on PS5. Curious if it's similar to what we might see in POE2.
I know Diablo 4 gets crapped on but they basically have these same couch co op features
Best gaming experiences I've ever had are couch co-ops
But I'm the roller will we be able to bind *move action? Cause we can't in Poe1 and most builds need it. I don't think it'll be a thing right off the rip, but give a yr maybe 2
Can’t wait to play together at 30 FPS on my PS5.
I would say I'm dropping D4 for this game but I basically already have.
Thank you for not being an elitist PC gamer like certain other poe content creators.
Great, now all we need are items worth picking up instead of having to craft all your gear!
Is it just me, but I actually like the way he says ready.
Man I hope the Xbox series S doesn’t mean downgraded console specs for us all!
damn this is sick, I had buddies who liked playing d3 on console together but everytime I would go over I would lament having to try and struggle through everyone pausing to sort their gear and stats xD Coming from pc it was basically unplayable for me but this actually has me tempted to buy a ps5 just to try and get my fiance to play poe2 couch co-op with me lol
Finally I can sit on my couch and my dog can finally let me play
I hope the controller setup is better. It was difficult before to use any build with potions because you have to take your thumbs off the movement sticks. You basically needed a scuf controller to be able to handle all the I puts and still be able to move. Controller locked you into certain builds because you can't effectively use all the potion slots.
Practice and crafting help with that. Things like consume flask when full make it a lot easier.
To me its all the quality of life things they add, that lets pale D4 in comparison.
Couch coop make power leveling your second character/account easier?
I wonder what kind of deal with the Devil GGG did to be able to do constant updates of console just like PC. Every single patch requires a 40k fee on Sony and MS devices rights?
So excited for this game and couch co-op 🙏
They got my respect for couch co op even if I don’t have friends to play with it 😅😅
