Sadly, their "brand" probably isn't big enough to be inducted. They've never been a household name like Nirvana, Metallica, etc. I wish they could get inducted.

Why? The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a joke. Just look at all the non Rock artists that theyve inducted and all the really big Rock and Metal acts that have been going for years are yet to even get nominated.

I love when bad ass bands I listened to back in the 90s still come out with new music and still sound just as good as they did then.

Same here bro. I'm currently 33. I discovered Sevendust when the Seasons album was released and I've been so addicted to this band ever since. My favorite band ever. They truly NEVER disappoint. And like you said they're like the soundtrack of my life. Especially the Black Out the Sun album...that album really speaks to me and I connected with it so much. At that time in 2013 I was going thru one of the darkest times of my life...me and my wife separated and headed to a divorce among other things...and I swear to God it's write that whole album was just written for me lol it's crazy when you listen to the lyrics of almost every song cause I could directly associate it with the events of my life. This band just speaks to my soul and helps keep my heart beating. Sevendust has helped me get thru so much shit in my life and I'm truly forever grateful to these guys. Love them so much. One wish of mine is to meet the guys before my time expires and just chill and have a conversation with my idols. They genuinely seem like awesome and cool people as well as being a powerhouse of pure talent. There is no weakness in this band and it is a damn shame that they're not more widely known and getting the praise they truly deserve. Keep rocking brother 🤘
@@terrancepemberton4648 Got to meet Morgan. I was his barback during a charity event he bartended. I'm 40 now but this was like 15 years ago and had been listening to them since their first album. Needless to say, I begged my boss back then to let me be his barback and he said yes. When I introduced myself to Morgan and told him I was a fan, he said "now you are friend" and he gave me a hug. We worked for hours after that just shooting the shit about music and having fun doing the gig. Super humble dude. Will never forget that experience.

Holy crap!!! so I was told that this full music video was played as an ad on my small youtube channel. so while at my sister's I had her play my channel and within a couple of my episodes I saw this full video as an ad on my channel!!! I've never been so honored to be a small channel youtuber seeing as how Sevendust is my ALL TIME FAVORITE BAND, like EVER! I never miss a show when they come to town and I even got a video clip singing a line of Rumble Fish when LJ was standing right in front of me and put the mic in my face while I was singing along! Everyone's talking about his voice, but hes also a really nice guy. I saw them one time(pre-covid) and he was running his hands against the audience's, but since I'm smaller I couldn't quite reach, but he took the time to stretch to make sure he got my hand. His voice, and his actions are legendary.

YYYEEEESSSSS!!!!!!!!! STILL THE most UNDERRATED metal band in the world!!! A fan from the start! Too Close to Hate got me hooked in 97 and I love 7Dust ever since! I love the evolution! I love the live show (though the dont come around these parts very often, I have seen them every time they have!) Sevendust is just badass!!!
They came to Calgary Ab Canada with Machine head and orange 9mm in 1999 at least they were suppose to and never made it to that show. I had to wait until 2017 for them to come back and that is still the only time I have seen them live and man was it awesome!

One of the best bands if not the best band of the 21st century.
Back in turn of the millennium I used to listen a lot of Deftones and Sevendust, and it's still an awesome band, regularly listened in my home.
Man, Sevendust has only hits and not a bad song in their library. It's actually insane to be this good at making music. They have cracked the code.
I think rock is on its way out I can’t stand most of it Sevendust is making an excellent exception
