mystic! was curious your opinion. I talk to you each new record about it as I know you have similar taste to me and also play! My worries working with baskette are a bit confirmed here for me. Im diggin it for sure like always, but I miss that obvious feeling of growth, and small changes each album used to make. Especially when they were self producing. This jam could of easily of been on the last 2 records and people wouldn't notice. The lead work is giving me major animosity vibes again like the lead single of the last record.
@@wjveryzer7985 Problem with Baskette, along with like 90% of modern rock producers, is that they're sound guys, not songwriting guys. They hit the "record" button and include all the little bells & whistles to make things sound the part, but when it comes to actually crafting strong melodies & hooks to go on top of the music, they fall completely flat. I'd love to see Sevendust work with someone like Butch Walker again.

There could be a real renaissance of traditional animation and stop motion if people actually want it. Legends like Don Bluth want to make this happen, but the market tries to keep them out so everything remains CGI only. It's really happening. Support hand drawn animation, and stop motion in 2023.

That has to be one of the best music videos I have ever seen
I've gotta say, this song is badass! The animation is beautiful and full of life and emotion while the music is the same! The bass drop after that first zombie hand scene is such an amazing detail, especially since the band did a little body throw at that part. The lighting for the animation, the style, the quality, it's all there! The bass, the drums that really pop out unlike other bands, and the very Sevendust feel of the chorus is perfect mashed up with Ollie's animation! Ollie did an amazing job with the animation and Sevendust did an amazing job with those gnarly tunes! Keep up the good work y'all! 🤘

Jammin Jon- I first saw you guys in April of 1997, in Toledo, Ohio at the Centennial Terrace for an event called "Buzzfest". I think there were like 100 people there. I helped Morgan tear down his drum kit. A few months later, we saw you dudes on tour with Snot and Human Waste Project....Anyway, I've loved Sevendust since the early days and still, through it all, you guys never disappoint. This song actually reminded me of the early days
