Might be the most under appreciated band nationally in the US ever. Most people in the South put them up there with some of the greatest bands of all-time.
Just saw them in NC for about my 50ish time....One of the best bands in the WORLD!! "There is NO OTHER"!! (see what I did there😉) Thank you so much Print Shop for this! 🙏 5150
Love, love, love this band!! I was part of the crew of Average White Band's touring sound company around 1980, and when MF hit the stage for sound check my life was never the same. They blew the roof off the place - somewhere in Florida - and never looked back. Neither did I. Their sound & genre defy description, but their talent does not, Sheer power & pure joy!! Thank you for all the years of dedication to your fans, funk rock and love & power of music.
One of the tightest, funkiest rock bands, EVER! I’ve had the pleasure of seeing them numerous times, going all the way back to the early Eighties. Baby Jean is phenomenal-ATL’s Tina Turner, only better. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you, Print Shop, for bringing us this one.👍
Hello All, I got to see Mother's Finest for the first time in Spartanburg, SC. They opened for Styx, and Mother's Finest put them to shame. We left during Styx's set. They could not come close to Mother's Finest. I put them 2nd to the Pink Floyd concert at Clemson,SC. What a great band they are, and I would love to see them again. Keep rocking to a band that did not get the recognition they deserve. Love all your music. 100% a fan of the great Mother's Finest band.
I absolutely love this band; (Black radio won't play this) is one of the best hard rock funk albums of all time, I'm from Chattanooga, TN and seen them a few times but that album tour was so special because they played almost every song on it, they were so good, and it has one of the most beautiful songs (Cry Baby) on it, they still sound amazing, Thank you for posting this!
First album I ever bought! Get a piece of the rock has ALWAYS been my favorite song! Thank you for taking me down memory lane! Still have their cd in my car today! Best band ever!! Much love from Henderson Ga USA
BB Queen and Mike Keck are missing from the originals. I love the new members as well. The Mothers Finest band is a high-energy, FUNK ROCK, diverse and respectful band. We love you here in North Carolina!!!
I feel like I must have been living under a rock to never have heard of Joyce Kennedy & M.F. Baffles my mind that she is not a household name. Anybody know if they will be doing any East Coast show, maybe Philly or Jersey? Hard to find a performer that looks & sounds this good in their 50's let alone 70's. This woman is a national treasure.
It was the year I met them. I'm from Brazil and a TV show showed them playing the song "Give you all the love..." live. My head was spinning and the next day I ran to buy their album...just what this song had. I never stopped loving them again.
Been a huge fan since I first saw them at Valdosta State University in 1977. They blew the roof off of the auditorium. Us white folks did not know what hit us. They opened for, get this, Starbuck. Needless to say, the roof did not stay blown off.
Such a great band - I've been a fan ever since they played on Rockpalast Night (German TV) and conquered Europe with that blistering live performance in 1978. God bless them - stay healthy.
Loving and listening to MF for more than 45 years - I sneaked in the living room when my father watched Rockpalast 1978 (German TV show, live broadcast) They paved the way for a whole genre for the likes of RHCP, Beastie Boys, Living Color, RATM 🖤
Seen them many times in the late 70's with Nantucket, Molly Hachett, Blackfoot. Etc... in the early 20's with Jam Pain Society a hand full of times 🔥❤🔥
I've heard of them but never heard them play till no and I must admit they are the real deal😅Had a jersey with the bands Humble Pie Mahogany Rush Angel n Mothers finest one of those outdoor summer shows I wasn't there but wish I would have been Ove seen Humble Pie n Mahogany Rush but not MF😊
Saw that tour at the Hampton Coliseum in Virginia. All of the bands were great- and I think the tickets were less than$10 for 4 bands - I sure do wish that I would have bought a shirt then
Thank you so much to the entire crew at Live at the Print Shop! 🤘🤩

1000%. One of my forever favorites! I'm surprised I don't have more speeding tickets from driving while listening to Piece of the Rock!😂
Makes me so happy that they’re still at it. Such a good live band.

I was Blue Oyster Cult's F.O.H. and when they opened for us I was stunned. I watched from the stage every night.

I saw them on TV 1975 - as a hardrock fan I was completely blown away. Great that they are still rocking asses off.

Been on board with them since 1976
Can't wait till tonight in Venlo.
Wild how the greatest bands and performers get better with age. The show and sound are way better than they were 40yrs. ago.
MF tight, and the feel awesome because they've been playing the songs together for many years. Mickeys Monkey (Smokey & Miracles) was the bomb.
Loving and listening to MF for more than 45 years - I sneaked in the living room when my father watched Rockpalast 1978 (German TV show, live broadcast) They paved the way for a whole genre for the likes of RHCP, Beastie Boys, Living Color, RATM 🖤
