i did the first leg workout yesterday and oh my god. my legs hurt so so bad help me i’m so glad it’s upper body now
Thanks Kayleen, I just got this today. The visualization helps...and care about different strengths, and good form...is/are appreciated. Always our pets 'motivate ', just not Toby. Lol.
