  • On this episode of McLovin Moto I talk about the accessories I have added to my 2019 Suzuki DRZ4500S Dual Sport and the accessories I want to add as money allows. So far I have added the accessories I felt I most needed to make the bike work for me right now. As I move forward I will be adding the things I felt weren’t as big of a need right off the bat. I hope you enjoy! Thank you for watching!

    I can't wait for my seat. Might cancel the order with seat concepts and get the gripper version from rockey mountain because 8 weeks is a long time.

      Seat Concepts was at the Giant Loop Ride. They make some nice seats.

    Just use a cut off wheel and chop the rear fender right at the license plate. Looks good and still keeps the mud off of you.

    Nice bike man. Did you shave the sharp corner off the inside of the shift lever? That might be what’s rubbing against your case saver. That thing can punch straight through your case saver and case if left alone. A dremel or grinder will take it off in no time.

    • @Mclovingarage
      @Mclovingarage  3 года назад

      I did not shave off the sharp corner. I probably should though. Thank you for the recommendation.

    How in the hell did you get the Giant Loop handle bar bag mounted on your bars? I cannot get it to mount without moving around and falling forward.

      Good question. I’ll have to look and see what I did to keep it in place. Send me an email at mclovinmoto@gmail.com and I can send you a couple photos of how I set it up.

    Have you updated the carb with the new hardware and jetting?

    • @Mclovingarage
      @Mclovingarage  3 года назад

      I have not. It is still completely stock and factory as far as mechanically.

    Hey @McLovin Moto - what gas tank upgrade would you recommend for a 2019?

    • @Mclovingarage
      @Mclovingarage  3 года назад

      Hey, I don’t really have an opinion at this point. I’m still running a stock tank on my DRZ.

    Curious about your Apache case on your Precision rack. Did you have to drill holes through the case to mount it. And what model is it. I just bout a 2023 Drz400s and bought the Precision rack, and like your idea for a water proof case. Thanks!

    • @Mclovingarage
      @Mclovingarage  Год назад +1

      I don’t recall what size it was. I found one that fit on the rack without sticking out too much. Yes, I drilled holes to match the precision rack then used bolts and big flat washers inside the box underneath the foam to spread out the pressure from tightening the bolts. It worked really well and stayed on with no issues.

      @Mclovingarage  Год назад +1

      The size was on the description. It’s the Apache 2800

    Most of the dual-sport videos come from Australia and some canuck, but kinda amusing how Americans are bothered by the rear fender.
