I feel that way too! Also with the song “Only The Lonely” by The Motels. It just hits different as a grown up
My God...Her hair is so long and glorious! And her voice and attitude are so uplifting!
Yes 👍 agree
🎯 ooh totally agree...
Would love to have her hair 😍
Yes, and when she had a make over, I thought it took away from her natural beauty!
She is rocking everything.
The only other singer I saw with long hair like that was Crystal Gayle.
For anyone who was in their "Youth" when this song was on the charts you know exactly what was goin' on-
God Bless You Nicolette for bringing so much Joy and Happiness to all of our Lives :)
I'm 65 we grew up in the most perfect chapter of this world
Too young to be gone....I l8ve you NICOLLETE
Thank you so much, Nicolette, for this powerfully beautiful and special song. R.I.P. 💖
I grew up with this song. Her voice is so beautiful, powerful, soulful and haunting.
Me too!
She has a wonderful, powerful voice. Reminds me of being 16 young and free. This era of music is the best and wish it could be composed today.
The quintessential sound of 1978. What a great song and it takes me home to those amazing 1970s. Nicoleete, you were so talented and so beautiful. You will never be forgotten!!!
My favorite 70's song ever! I remember this song play on all the major radio stations 💗 RIP Nicolette Larson
I got to play this song on the air back when it hit the charts. My gosh, it's been that long...what a beautiful song. Thank you, Nicolette .
The lyrics of this song are more relevant today than ever! Wish this type of music was played more often. So uplifting and inspiring! Remembering Nicolette Larson and her lovely interpretation of this song!!
RIP Nicolette! What a great song, it holds up over all these years!
I always loved this song. I never knew who did it. Her voice is awesome and her long hair is amazing. (Almost down to her knees...Wow)
The level of power and crystal clear clarity is outstanding. Hard to find now or then.
I love this time in music the artist got on stage and sang, no dancers no auto tune no nothing but a band and a song. This girl could sing I remember this song on the radio all the time in the 80's.
Radio was always a big part of my life ! You could listen all day long hearing great songs like this !
My wife passed when she was young this songs brings lots of memories. Great song hits the heart and soul.
She was so young too and had a lot of love to give❤

Huge loss when she left us. It still doesn’t seem real.
Nicolette, stole my heart with this song...
Can't deny a beautiful voice, talent...
And to hell with me, her hair is amazing...
A voice of an Angel, and the locks of heaven....
Love me till this day, some Nicollette Larson.

1978.....my first year on high school, me and my friends we were fan of nicolette larson and this song is a gift for me, thank you ❤
When I was been bus, heard this song as a 6th grader. Time flies
How did you watch porn back then? Sneak into adult theaters or just magazines?
1979 I graduated from high school and remember this tune real well.
Nothing like a high school dances and making out at the submarine races. LOL best times of my life.
@@StopFear bro what typa question is that 💀
One of the most beautiful songs in the world
in one of the most beautiful voices in the universe.
Enchanting!
25 years later it's still a crushing blow after hearing that Nicolette passed away at just 45 years of age. This is one of those song that's stands out today. I remember late 1978 like yesterday. Nicolette looks so happy here (of course anyone would be if their song was a national hit)
This lovely woman was my great aunt. Gone to soon really

In 1982 I loved loved loved this song! I was working at Seattle Childrens Hospital when I heard she passed away. RIP Nicolette! God bless you!
Just an amazing rendition! From the raspy soulful voice of Nicole, to the impeccable flute to the saxophone. This is one of the top tunes of the 70s. So was so beautiful too!
I am 53 years old... my mommy just turned 76, my father just turned 77....this is ALL of our favorite song.....we were so severely upset when we found out she passed!!! I am THRILLED that I got to know her music!!! What a beautiful woman, what a beautiful soul, and WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VOICE!!!!
YOU AND I ARE VERY CLOSE IN AGE AND OUR PARENTS BUT MY MOMMY IS 74❤❤❤
You being a 53 year old calling your mother mommy is probably why you have inappropriate responses to a complete and total stranger dying.

Pura verdade!!!!!.
As" músicas " de hoje são verdadeiras diarréias sonoras.
Maravilhosa.
Uma das músicas mais lindas de todos os tempos ❤️
Great singer. She sings this song perfectly. It doesn't need the background singers. Nicolette was perfect in every way beautiful.
Agree 100% Just her brilliant smile alone “sells” this song!
Nicolette’s voice is so sublime; love this song-meaning and especially when she sang backup w/Neil Young on “Comes a Time”, R.I.P. sweet beautiful songbird.
Nicolette Larson performed it better than Neil ever could and she is still singing in GOD'S choir. ♥
I’m an old guy. This is just one of hundreds of great pieces of music from my younger memories. Music was such a great thing back then. She was great! I had a huge crush on her roommate, Linda Ronstadt.
Just a great freaking song. The music is incredibly smooth and Nicolette’s sultry voice is the perfect compliment. Outstanding.
The guy playing the sax makes the song complete.
Remember when this song came out. Man it just takes me back! So many memories! Nicolette Larson was so beautiful and an incredible talent! So sad to hear of her passing! But she just gifted us all with her voice! So beautiful! 🥰❤️
No make-up, modest clothing, sincerity, real femininity, excellent singing, beautiful variety of wind instruments...how refreshing!
So observant!
So much natural beauty.
The way the LORD intended.
and best of all...no autotune.
Agree! naturally beautiful and authentic
44 years ago and still one of the best songs - wonderful melody, arrangement, lyrics, and her singing. I was so sorry when she passed away.

Thanks for sharing that information 😢
She was stunningly beautiful.
Her hair & smile & face.. yes
What a sweet voice. She really did this Neil Young song justice.
Just incredible! When I watch this video, nothing else in the world matters for 3 minutes and 26.
Both she and the song are totally mesmerizing.
