"Daniel" can go kick rocks! Lol We all love Amanda! I love her sass & cute little twang! 😁 The friendly banter & friendship between Amanda & Randy is rare and wonderful! When either of them is on camera without the other it just feels like something is missing. Love them both, but them together is part of what makes their channel so special. I first was a fan of Randy's construction abilities years ago, but now tuning in to enjoy and see how hard work and authenticity pays off for good people. Take care y'all 😘

Hi Amanda and Randy....What are the estimated ballpark figures for the other monthly expense besides the lot rent of 200/300 dollars homeowners would incur for Water, electric, basic cable, internet etc. The monthly lot fee is very reasonable just curious as to what the overall guesstimate $ amount per month would be.

Residents have reported they average $35/mo for electricity, that you take your garbage up the road a bit to a center, & drop it and your recyclables for free, that there is high speed internet available in the area for around $70/mo, but I don't know how much water and sewer are (or if they are included on the electric bill). Randy it's a beautiful home! The size is like a singlewide trailer, but it is not cheap made. What I mean by cheap is like a trailer I bought. The thin walls, cabinets and ceiling melt or burn fast. Lighting ran in my trailer on a dropcord before the Hurricane Hugo hit. The central air went out so we had a window unit temparally put in kitchen window. I had never wanted another trailer after that and maybe still will ever. I do love your tiny homes and see they are quality built. I thinking about getting one. I would love to help people so we'll see.

I'm somewhat disabled due to knee issues,so I definitely love the open floor plan. So with thinking this is something I want to do,I have also been looking in to all the different magnetic items that can be bought to put in one. You talked about it in the video, and let me tell you, there is a lot of magnetic stuff on Amazon. And I mean a lot. Going to start looking for magnetic stuff outside of Amazon as well. You do such amazing work, and I hope to come down and take a little tour of the community and maybe see the 12x20 that you did the video on to make sure it would be big enough. Keep up the great work, and thanks for making me laugh, even though my knees keep me in pain. Laughter is definitely good for the soul!

Such a blessing to have talents in Carpentry & craftsmanship. Everyone deserves to make a good honest living. As a business owner, the overhead is usually 50-70% until the business is well established. Businesses like yours, with a conscience, quality, caring about staff ,customers & the environment deserves to prosper & thrive. BTW, I just came back from a week of impromptu road trip to TN. I fell in love with TN!

I live in a mobile home park in Massachusetts...yes they do exist here, but they're rare and are usually for over 55. My park is all ages. ITH is essentially running a mobile home park, just for their tiny homes. In mobile home parks the individual owns the home and rents the land. We are responsible for the care of our lot...mowing, etc. That's what Randy is saying here. They are having people pay extra to do infrastructure, but anywhere else it would cost more than their rent plus their extra put into the park. I pay $821 to rent my lot. Otherwise, on my income I couldn't afford to live here, the state where I was born! The cheapest apartments in my area are $1800 and most cost extra for utilities. That's for a one bedroom...two if you're lucky. I have a three bedroom that isn't attached to my neighbors and I have a decent yard, too. I always say that I wish we could have tiny homes everywhere! They're environmentally friendly and if you're careful they are inexpensive. This is the first generation to do worse than our parents. Having cheaper housing could turn that around. Bigger isn't better and this country is falling behind the rest of the first world countries because we have this incorrect/wrong mindset.

Beautiful custom home!! I'd do stairs in back like Luann's and have kitchen on both sides, so to have bigger designated living room at one end. That's what so great about customs!

Randy & Amanda, You have no idea how much I appreciate you! 🙏 ❤️ 🙏
I am so grateful that you have put so much time & energy into your homes, commitments and communities!!!
So very blessed to have started watching
you grow from Amanda's back yard first
tiny builds & videos in the beginning from
the ground up as a concept and innovative & fast growing company! In those first few videos and builds a seed was planted in my heart & Soul and I felt that some day soon I would entrust you with my savings of the past 25 years and help me build a new and beautiful life. 😍
Thank you again 🙏 so much.
I invested a little over a year ago for my Mountain Special 30' tiny home and an additional lot at The Mountain Resort for
    my future Air B&B's.
This is also an investment in my future happiness there in Newport Tennessee.
I for one can hardly wait in PDX!
    Take care!
