I think a big point of this episode is pointing out the fact that Elaine has always considered herself above/or beyond the morals and actions of her original friends. When she starts surrounding herself with better people, she thinks that’s where she ‘belongs’, when in reality.. she much better molds to the dynamic of the crew she’s built over the series because that’s what’s made her who she is.
Here's how the last scene would play out in the normal Jerry world: *GEORGE:* At work today, I discovered a pay phone in the lobby that has free long distance. *JERRY:* Yeah, so what'd you do? *GEORGE:* Are you kiddin'? I took advantage of it! I called up Seattle! *JERRY:* You don't know anybody in Seattle. *GEORGE:* It doesn't matter, it was free! *JERRY:* (Sarcastically) That's nice. *KRAMER:* (Slides in) Jerry, have you gotten your groceries yet? *JERRY:* I just got back! *KRAMER:* Alright, giddy-up! Let's see what we got! (George and Kramer rummage through Jerry's groceries) *JERRY:* Again? Can't you two do your own grocery shopping? *KRAMER:* What's this? (Holds a box of Pop-Tarts) Strawberry? Honestly never quite made sense, George is insecure, passive, and very accustomed living his schlubby life with Jerry & Kramer; there's no hot women or anything else George wants in the other group. Then again he is needy! It's a funny scene either way :)

Gene is responsible and has morals, unlike the scheming and maniacal George. Feldman is considerate, always knocks and buys food for his neighbour, unlike the clueless oddball Kramer. Once you see these guys away from Elaine, it really highlights how ridiculous they are. Jerry, George and Kramer might be incredibly selfish and destructive human beings, but they are still likeable. Kevin, Gene and Feldman are remarkable irritating to be around because they are too nice.

Hence, why girls often fall for the bad boys, while ignoring the nice guy who gets stuck in the friend zone.

The show was pointing out the two extremes, while making it clear that the original trio were more relatable and ultimately easier to get along with because they have obvious flaws. The new trio, while seemingly possessing a stronger sense of morality, are caricatures of a "perfect person". But humans perceive someone who acts like that as being fake. Similar to how Agent Smith described the first Matrix as a disaster that the humans rejected. Of course they're boring, predictable and unfunny. That's the point. It's why Elaine chooses to go back to Jerry, George and Kramer. In the end, the Bizarro World was not meant to be inhabited by a person of Elaine's questionable morals.

This was such a shot across the bow at the gentler Miller-Boyett sitcoms of the late 80s and early 90s (Perfect Strangers, Full House, etc.) while also low-key critiquing the show's own audience by having the "bizarro" counterparts be the ones who would actually be the normal ones in an ordinary setting - very similar to the show's finale in that it critiqued its own audience for rooting for the leads at all, although here the teasing is a bit more gentle and "fun" than an outright scolding.

Hers one that I like: when Elaine throws her purse on the chair, it flips upside-down. That had to have been scripted.
I like how they hug and cry at the end, two things that were not supposed to happen in "Seinfeld."
This was such a shot across the bow at the gentler Miller-Boyett sitcoms of the late 80s and early 90s (Perfect Strangers, Full House, etc.) while also low-key critiquing the show's own audience by having the "bizarro" counterparts be the ones who would actually be the normal ones in an ordinary setting - very similar to the show's finale in that it critiqued its own audience for rooting for the leads at all, although here the teasing is a bit more gentle and "fun" than an outright scolding.
The bizarro show to Seinfeld is basically Friends. “I’ll be there for you”.

"Me so Happy me want to cry" ROFLL!!!!!! i love how they inject the show with seinfeld's real love of superman the shows genius.the way it was interwined into the story and it fit so perfectly and made sense. today you wouldn't see such a seemless effort it would just look all mashed together
The argument would be that mashing it all together highlights the effectiveness rather than leaving little gems waiting to be discovered.. No fun in watching those sort of repeats if there is nothing more to discover.
