It has to do with exposure, I’d try shining light on yourself brighter, which will cause the webcam to expose the overall shot darker (to not blow out your skin) which in turn would make the sign appear clearer

Conservatively, this looks like 10K... 3 cameras alone with lenses, before the phone, even second hand IF you get good deals would be like 5k... But you could spend more than that on one single camera. So everything is up to details here. I could see 8k as easily as I could see 30 k. And we're not even talking about tables, the room decor etc.

I use AF, sony cameras do phenomenal at tracking for video
