I appreciate your knowledge of the endocrine system, deep connected guidance style and innovative blend of yoga, acupressure and chakra meditation....and I'm seeing some emotional freedom technique and breathe work possibly too! Its exciting! It's not everyday something with so much integrity and creativity is discovered on RUclips! Thank you for your generous sharing of such high quality healing support. 💕 I'm feeling so awesome after this and can't wait to check out more of you videos.

      Dear Rose, Thank you for this intelligent and profound feedback. Very few people notice the fusion and integrity and it is so humbling to hear it from a fellow practitioner on this path. So happy that you felt more connected and synergistic after this work. There are other endocrine balancing routines on Yogea. Check out "glad glands", and "happy hormones", and they are new ones to come. I will keep you posted. If you liked this routine share it with your friends and followers so we can expand the yoga hub. Thank you. Love and light!

    I've been doing this 25 minutes yoga series for 3 days and I am not sure if the changes came because of this. It shows in my face the healthy changes in my body. I'm smiling more often and being really helpful around. If you're wondering if this works, I'll ask you definitely give it a shot. This entire channel is awesome. ❤

      Dear Prarthana, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and to encourage others to practice with us. The changes you noticed in your entire glow and radiance come most probably from your readiness to absorb all the wisdom and positive vibration through the sequences of this channel. You were ready for this shift, and you stumbled on Yogea and it somehow resonated with you. And that is the magical and serendipitous aspect of Yoga - it connects you to the innermost part of your self and transforms you into the being that you are called to be. Thank you for practicing with us. We are so humbled and graced by your energy and beauty that streams from your words and your being. Namaste!

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  5 лет назад +1

      Dear Disha,
      I am happy you enjoyed this particular routine. I personally have benefited a lot from a daily practice for more than 25 years now. So, yes, if you can care out the time, do practice daily. But feel free to change your menu as you see fit. Yogea's cases offer a variety of targeted sequences for so many conditions and needs. Alternate the practices to get a well-rounded and holistic effect. Namaste!

    Very very nice only thing i found it little fast its tough to cope up with the poses so fast either you can watch the video or do the poses.

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  4 года назад +1

      Dear Preeti, Will keep in mind to slow future videos considerably in order to ensure follow through. You still have the option of pausing the video and holding your poses, albeit you'll be compromising the flow. This is a very good sequence. Because Yogea is a novel style, if you practice it a couple of times your body will get the organic logic of transitioning and you won't need to hold poses much longer. Thanks so much for your comments and for taking the time to write to us. Keep up your great practice. Namaste!

      This is a great sequence for the follicular phase. For the lethal phase I will switch to our Yoga Yoga fertility sequences: Vibrant womb, Fertility Bliss and Ova Boost and at the peak of Ovulation I would suggest you do our five poses for implantation. They all address the different seasons of our cycle! Om Shakti. Namaste!

    hmmm..how do you know that this is stimulating hipotalamus or pinalglande ect? where did you learn that?

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  5 лет назад +1

      Dear Daniella,
      Thank you so much for posing such a relevant question. All the routines posted on the Yogea channel are extensively researched before being designed and shot and delivered to our global audience. Our routines for "hormonal balance" ( and we have a couple of them are all geared to help the glands secrete healthy and happy hormones and promote the optimal functions of the organs and systems. This particular routine contains specific poses that stimulate the hypothalamus, together with the pineal gland to help restore the hormonal balance. Where did I learn that from? From a practice, and teaching that stretches over 25 years of research into all yoga sources from around the world. Please, feel free to check all of Yogea's hormonal balancing routines and see which one resonates with you. Here's to a healthier and happier YOU. Thank you for this dialogue and Namaste!

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  4 года назад

      Dear Julia, Thanks so much for your feedback. Your frustration is most probably not only due to the speed, The style is more creative and the positions and transitions sometimes confusing to watch and do from the get go. But if you take the time to glance through it once, you will get the logic of the transitions right You can try an alternate endocrine balancing routines from Yogea "embodied sustenance" that I think is more user-friendly and easier to follow. Namaste!

      Yes, you can practice this sequence along with Yogea's hormonal routiens: Embodied Sustenance and Glad Glands. Alternate the three for best results and always consult a doctor to know which part of the endocrine system needs to be re-balanced so you can employ an integrative approach! Stay healthy and well.. Namaste!

I studied a lot of holistic modalities, esoteric philosophies and wisdom traditions both as a practitioner and a scholar over the last 25 years to shape Yogea and these fusion-based classes. I will be holding Yogea Teacher Trainings soon and will be able to walk students through this rich and nut ruing process of theory and practice. Also Yogea online Academy will open up in about 6 months and people from around the world will have access to this amazing wealth of information - both ancient and modern. Let us keep in touch. It will definitely aid in the process of hormonal regulation, but along with that I highly recommend you to also contact a reproductive endocrinologist who can tell you exactly what hormones need to be balanced. The best herbal supplements for rebooting the ovaries are: Myo-inositol; Vitex Berry; Ubiqunol or the joint supplement Fertility Smart. You can take the in conjunction with your healthy diet and exercise proggam. Om Shakti.Praying for you restore the hormonal balance and get pregnant soon!

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga

      Dear Dulguun,
      Absolutely, this type of Yoga for hormonal balance will help you, together with the right nutrition and supplementation to regain the luster of your skin and vitality of your body and to not have any of those hormonal vaccinations that will slow your digestion and will make you really gain extra weight. Try all of Yogea's hormonal routines and work on the right diet and the psoriasis will slowly improve and eventually fade away. Good luck and Namaste!

    It is really interesting. Just want you to explain how twists helps in hormonal balance. I always had this question.. Would love to understand

    • @YogeaArtFlowYoga
      @YogeaArtFlowYoga  4 года назад +2

      Thank so much for practicing along and for your inquiry. When we twist we stimulate the belly brain in the third chakra, and not only flush away toxins from the gut, but also tone the vagus nerve which extends from the pineal gland to the adrenal glands around the kidneys. As we do that we send a signal to the hypolthalamus - our pituitary gland to remind the body to secrete happy hormones like serotonin, dopamine oxitocyn. The brain gets an oxygen shot, the belly gets a flush, and the gut flora is reblanced, while vagus nerve re-established the connection between the third eye and the navel. There is an overall rinse and soak in every twist, re-oxygenation of the brain and a boost in vitality and self=healing. I hope this helps put those twists on a higher pedestal. Namaste!
