Three things: 1. Practice and warming up are two different things. If you want to be good at something specific, you practice. If you want to be good in game, to not miss that important 1v1, you warmup. 2. Forget VOD reviews, when you die don’t go into hibernation and watch tik tok videos or banter in all chat. Instead think why you died. Maybe you will forget that after two rounds but soon it becomes a habit and you’ll start getting better. 3. Your teammates are absolute monkeys, we all get that but instead of getting toxic, take a deep breath and remind yourself “I am playing to improve, ranking up is secondary”. Keep reminding yourself after every round.

Insanely helpful video! Valorant isn't like the other shooters on the market and this breaks down probably the biggest way to shoot and move in this game. I know that other people have covered these topics but the break down is beautiful.
There was a game of mine went like this: The spike started ticking faster and the one and only enemy Omen is nowhere to be found. Me and another teammate decided to retreat. But then I discovered Omen went there just in time to defuse the spike so I wired myself up and go back. Omen was almost done so he didn't want to shoot me. Me, otherwise, blasted the whole magazine of the Stinger SMG at him at a distance of about only 2 meters. And guess what? There was like, only 1 bullet of the whole gun hit him lmao. I know this is stupid but, what if my crosshair is on target while I'm moving but when I stop and shoot my crosshair isn't on targets head, it happens to me a lot
I'd recommend a bad or close game. Preferably a loss. Reasoning is is that when you are losing, your mistakes shine, which allows coach to pick out the most important mistakes and give good advice to make sure that those loss games turn into wins
But i think i pop head alot like tap tap but when i lose some enemy often i start to feel like it harder to shoot them idk why but i very panic and too scared to try to kill them lol
@@sondo301_ thank you. I dont like to practice tracking by moving myself, i rather training it with the target moving so a 3rd part program its better imo. I will def try the ones you told me.
Question: If the enemy and I are moving, my crosshair is on him first, should I stop and take the shot or wait until he's stops? Because if he keeps moving I probably miss because no one can perfectly track a target.
Well, I actually think your tips are really helpfull. But I think it was fnatics coach. He said "if you dont go for the shot instantly, you might as well not shoot at all" just recently. This is more meant in a "aim and shoot" and not "aim, check if your aim is correct then shoot" thing. Like dont overthink your shots, just shoot, thingy

It’s truly unfortunate
Legit improve my game after watching this
Great video ❤️
Good Tips!
This music... Amazing...
i have this problem, big time. i have many many MANY hours in this game and its frustrating cause i think i should be better. i win (or am in top 4 ish) deathmatch pretty much every single time but in actual games i crack under pressure and that in combination with managing utility totally throws me off. i just go no thoughts head empty
What if the enemy is moving too?
Then aim, and shoot them. Whatever directions he’s moving out your crosshair slightly infront
I mean I try to smooth aim but my wifi is bad and makes me just whip shots while trying to smooth aim
Oof that’s rough
Great vid 🫡
solo queue player here
having problems with consistency
last week my diamond friend said i have an aim better than most asc he saw playing
and that same day, he said "yh i understand why you don't climb up ranks, you can't keep your aim for more than 2 hours"
and hes right
i can play like a ascendant if i wake up good, or play like a absolute plastic
any tips for consistency building (I'm currently doing 3 daily hours of deathmatch for a week [aint noticing any difference till now, still inconsistent])
I swear when I 1v1 my friend, I can 1 tap but when it's ranked or unrated
Im back to spray and pray
My death match lobbies don’t allow you to stop and aim, you have to flick everytime to kill in time.
easy to say when your enemy is doing the same thing and its more like a 50/50
in death match i am feeling so comfortable and my aim is good but in rank match i am not comfortable so my aim is bad
Your nervous you gotta chill
@@sondo301_ yeha i was in 1v1 and i was shaking idk why but in 1v4 i was calm i am nervus becuase i dont want to fail my team
this happen too many times with me, i shoot faster and hit the body but the enemy shoot my head before i can finish my shoot xD
I know this is stupid but, what if my crosshair is on target while I'm moving but when I stop and shoot my crosshair isn't on targets head, it happens to me a lot
That’s something you need to work on in the practice range.
man im so bad i cant even reach gold 2 for requirements 🤣
You’re okay just keep studying and working hard, you can hold 2 ez
@@sondo301_ yah im trying i solo queued to s2 but im looking for a 5 stack or just some ppl to play with
really enjoy your vedio :D
For a vod review would you recommend uploading a game where (we think) we did well or a bad game? Or a game which had a close score?
I'd recommend a bad or close game. Preferably a loss. Reasoning is is that when you are losing, your mistakes shine, which allows coach to pick out the most important mistakes and give good advice to make sure that those loss games turn into wins
I have a doubt. When you burst 3 bullets with the vandal, is it best to control the second and third bullets getting the mouse down or not?
But i think i pop head alot like tap tap but when i lose some enemy often i start to feel like it harder to shoot them idk why but i very panic and too scared to try to kill them lol
bro they one tap me before i peak or shoot 💀
This video is accurate
Do you recommend aim training apps? If so, do you have a playlist to recommend to play on them?
You could do aimlabs but you really only need to do the RA Sixshot and the RA needle tracking one.
@@sondo301_ thank you. I dont like to practice tracking by moving myself, i rather training it with the target moving so a 3rd part program its better imo. I will def try the ones you told me.
Ra or Vt benchmarks or their Val specific scenarios
what you mean is just chill out while shooting or well basically anything?
I have a good aim but this is game nearly unplayable for me, there's some delay or desync that makes you see them shooting before fully stop
To remind myself, I always play with Woohoojin's "Iron - Silver Players Need This" video.
WHO'S NEXT?!
if someone is having problem with crouch instantly u can unbind it for 7 days (or more) and u would need to use strafing so ya know helpfull :)
I have a video about this.
Can you tell what font time at 0:21
Thanks so the tip bro
Question:
If the enemy and I are moving, my crosshair is on him first, should I stop and take the shot or wait until he's stops?
Because if he keeps moving I probably miss because no one can perfectly track a target.
OMG!!! U just changed my life (In Valorant)
🙌🏾
Before i am ready..i get one tapped
Rip
Well, I actually think your tips are really helpfull. But I think it was fnatics coach. He said "if you dont go for the shot instantly, you might as well not shoot at all" just recently. This is more meant in a "aim and shoot" and not "aim, check if your aim is correct then shoot" thing. Like dont overthink your shots, just shoot, thingy

thanks man with your advice i was able to hit plat1
i often die when trying to strafe, so after i burst 2 or 3 bullets i immadiately strafe left or right but as im strafing i die in the middle of it.... any solution? i mean it usually happens a lot but i often lose more gunfights...
but how do i practice tracking that's the hardest part the enemy start jiggling too
