i have over 2k hours in cs go and, throughout all that time i learned a lot. My expert moviment gets me to incredible advantageous situations and i naturally isolate multiple angles and so on so forth. As of late, in valorant, i have been suffering of a horrible inconsistency where it has gotten to a point where its honestly a 50/50 chance of me being the top fragger or the bottom fragger, there is no mid term. Most of the reasons you stated i already went through in csgo, "MOST", because 1 of them hit me like a truck and opened my eyes. I looked back at the games i had from 2017 in csgo and i realized that, i was a kid, much happier and abnouxious to everything, while as of today i am a VERY TILTED GUY!!! wich in other words means, i dont need fast reaction i have that, i dont need better moviment i have that, what i need is to be calm. thank you for making me realize that and the egg thing works a bunch!!!

I think the first point applies a lot more the flash agents or GOFF agents (Chamber, Jett, Yoru or: Get out for free). Often times in ranked when people play these agents, they tend to flash an angle, get 3-4 flashed enemies (last is always lurking or baiting on Reyna) and instead will often overcommit to the fight trying to get more than one. It’s something I had to teach myself A LOT, because I have an inconsistent aim problem, so I need to just equalize or make an advantage and GET OUT. Over committing gives you the highlight clips pros always make, but they have the mechanics to back themselves up, and you likely don’t. Just take the advantage and leave.
If you commit like the pros you push to improve more since it forces you into difficult aiming scenarios giving you more confidence and limit testing against opponents If you want to get the short term rr rather than improvement one and go is Better

While "aimlabs is free" does hurt like a bitch, for me it was actually a good tip, especially for movement - calm aim - shoot. Also, decreasing my DPI from 1600 - 0.7 to 800 - 0.4 helped me micromanage my crosshair adjustements and it's still "fast" enough to help me dodge flashes or flick shots when taken by surprise. Also, I've watched videos about default positions/most commonly held positions on defense or attack, so I know to pre aim those spots and clearing them more easily. I didn't pay for coaching because it's usually expensive and I don't intend to go pro, but hoarding good advices and making up my own "bundle" of videos showcasing what to do and what not to do helped me rank up consistently.

This is why I'm such a big fan. While identifying the problem may not necessarily be something Konpeki can help with, he at least tries to INFORM players of what they may need to focus on in order to improve at the game. I heard that they will eventually have a more affordable coaching programme in place, that doesn't require tons of $$$$ to join, I'm looking forward to see in what ways they may make things more accessible for those who wish to improve but don't have the money.

Hey Konpeki, I tend to have higher ping when playing valorant, around 50-55, but my enemies have usually sub 25 ping. What I'm saying is I always have the worst ping in the lobby, and other people having that ping diff plus peekers advantage it feels like they simply just shoot faster than me. I usually main Reyna, but I want to know what my play style should be against the players with that ping difference on me? Thank you!

He said take advatage of your rifles first bullet accuracy. All guns have a first bullet accuracy number, he never said they were all 100% perfect.
He specifically said sniper and guardian scoped in. Guardian is 100% on first shot scoped in only I believe.
