      Great point, we will definitely keep it in mind for the future to see if we can add it into the episodes.
      For all 3 of these exercises we would recommend building up to 10reps at first (Right leg & Left Leg would be 1 rep). Depending how that feels can move on to a second & third set after.

    Can those exercises be done in deep water as well?
