3/3 Reparación Thrustmaster T300. Cerrar motor, base y calibrar con Thrustmaster calibration tool.

- La base pierde la calibración y la fuerza, al encenderlo gira más rápido a un lado que al otro. Esa base no necesita llenarla de ventiladores, el problema es el pegamento que une el eje al imán del motor y por supuesto el pegamento al calentarse todavía es menos eficiente y notamos más pérdida de fuerza conforme se calienta. Desmontamos el motor, limpiamos y ponemos un epoxi normal. No volverá ha fallar más si lo hacemos bien.

Muy buenas te felicito por el tutorial muy bien hecho,tiene su currada,te voy a sacar un pequeño detalle cuando pones la chapa última osea la tapa metálica que le das con el martillo,pues la próxima vez te pillas un tubo de PVC a la medida del diámetro y lo colocas en base de la tapa del motor asin equilibras todo el golpe en la tapa y asin no tienes que dar golpes en varios sitios,es una tontería pero es mejor un simple detalle de buen rollo y sin criticar que te has currado el tutorial,muchas gracias por compartir.
Vaya hace 4 años que tengo este volante, me pasaba justo lo del título del vídeo, me he atrevido hacerlo, bueno me a costado la vida, eso también he de decirlo, sobre todo la chapita para sacar el eje y imán, total al conectarlo y probarlo, NI DE NUEVO IBA ASÍ, me he quedado muy sorprendido, muchísimas gracias por este pedazo de tutorial, con paciencia y cuidado se podía hacer merçi crack. 👍
Como lo calibraste luego el mío se pone a girar de un lado a otro como loco

Had to google translate, apparently the magnet in this motor becomes unglued, ill add one little tid bit of information when gluing, if you give both surfaces a lite sanding before gluing you will get a better bond, does not need to be much just surface scratches.

Thanks for these videos. Really really great. Fully appreciated. I followed the guide (mostly) and after the tough task of letting the glue (used JB weld) cure for 24h it seems my wheel base is back in business. Recalibration was necessary and also slight adjustment of the middle point. Nice force feedback. Different from my Logitech G923 (Xbox). :)
Creo que puse el enlace del programa de calibración. El punto medio se fija con una combinación de botones que no recuerdo ahora. A ver si lo encuentro.

I fixed mine with JB weld last night.
I didn't remove the motor or do any soldering.
Just remove the hall sensor, back cover and when you get to the green plate..
scrape the red epoxy away then lift the side of the green plate that does not have the wires.
At this point you can see the magnet and roller inside.
Now carefully take your jb weld in an injector or use something like a tooth pick. Apply JB weld in the area created by the magnet overhanging the roller. use a liberal amount but keep it in the bottom..dont get any on the coils etc. Dont get any on the end of the magnet where it could possibly contact the green plate after reassembly.
Thats it put it back together and wait for it to cure.
I did this last night and now its perfect. Took around 30 minutes.
Hello Guys! I have a t300 and wached the whole video. It worked and my wheelbase is fixed because of your video thnx! However: my wheel is not in the middle anymore.. is there a fix or did I do something wrong? After calibrate thru the laptop it's still not in the middle
@@bsjayden1778 Have you already done the calibration tool on a pc? Where the wheel turns for like one or two minutes?
If already done then you might just need to align center position:

Hola! Está bueno el tutorial! Mi t300 se descentra frecuentemente, y suena un tac cómo si se corriera la correa dentada. Lo deje sin tapa para ver y al parecer es dentro del motor. Vamos a intentar este método!

Javi can you guarantee that I won't need to do it time and time over, and what so you think the lifespan would be with the metal to multi surface epoxy, high temp and all, I am about to crack it open and do it I just wanted to be sure and ask your opinion. Also nice tutorial above all been stalling the search and stumbled onto your vids about the repair it's next level dude. Great Job.
After tinkering with the motor deslodering the pcb and all, came to find it only needed a good cleaning works like I bought it today its soo clean and new now but I'll keep all things I learned from you in the back pocket for when I need it.

Abri o meu e ele estava igual a esse aí, essa cola ruim que colocam de fabrica e um lixo, essa forma que o rapaz fez aí ele não folga nunca mais , fiz no meu aqui e nunca mais perdeu o force e descalibrou

Mi t300 funciona bien pero pasados unos 45 min de juego comienza a chirriar como una visagra vieja oxidada cuando giro a ambos lados, pero el FF funciona bien aun asi y la ventilación funciona tambien correctamente, el tema es que me preocupa que pueda ser una averia que este apareciendo poco a poco

hi. i got a broken engine and it is extremly load and dont work when its on. i did actully try follow your videos and i actully got some movement ov the engine :D still dont work but still cool that it moves little now :D if u got more tips please let me know :)
When you have already fixed the motor. Have you also checked the holder of the Hall sensor? That is the black part that is screwed to the end of the motor. When this is broken, also the wheel won't work properly.
@@marcianzero_yt i bought a brand new motor and it dont work. I found a crack in the plastic part. Now its laud and and kinda fights itself to keep locked and if i move on the wheel it starts a bit and stops
@@46Style you fixed the crack in the plastic part? Plastic part is probably the holder for the hall sensor. There is a small pcb on the holder, right?
@@marcianzero_yt yes it is. But its one crack at the mounting for screw. And its lined up so just a crack

tengo un tspc que creo que le pasa esto, para el lado izquierdo va "bien" pero para el derecho va super rapido (eb ka calibracion)
y ahora ultima mente como que ya no calibra, lo que hago para que calibre es abrir iracing y enchufar la base
tambien usandolo en carreras como que se queda sin ffb pero eso fue hace meses en la update de frimware anterior ahora la verdad no lo probre en carrera deberia ?
bueno nose lo deje como 2 meses y el otro dia lo prendi no calibraba hasta lode iracing y despues probe el ffb y iba a nedias (que es lo normal desde que se me rompio) osea me da mas fueza a un lado que para el otro, (primero pense que era por la update pero ahora que veo que si se calienta la base el pegamento va mal quiza pueda ser esto ) quiza lo intene nose la verdad
Nose creo que con intentar no pierdo mucho

Buenas tardes! Tengo un problema con el t300. Para ir recto tengo que tener el volante ligeramente girado hacia la izq. ¿alguien sabe que puede ser? He probado el calibrado y nada.

Mi volante no se calibra bien me toca hacerle mañas y tambien siento que perdió fuerza, me da cosa hacerlo, pero voy a mostrarle el video a un técnico y que me cobre por el proceso, si funca les comento

Yo tengo un ruido al girar como si fuese una visagra vieja oxidada, pero el forcefeedback va perfectamente
