2/3 Reparación Base Thrustmaster T300 solución pérdida de fuerza y calibración. Abrir motor.

La base pierde la calibración y la fuerza, al encenderlo gira más rápido a un lado que al otro. Esa base no necesita llenarla de ventiladores, el problema es el pegamento que une el eje al imán del motor y por supuesto el pegamento al calentarse todavía es menos eficiente y notamos más pérdida de fuerza conforme se calienta. Desmontamos el motor, limpiamos y ponemos un epoxi normal. No volverá ha fallar más si lo hacemos bien.

These videos are really extremely helpful. One remark: On my rotor the magnet was glued with the blue stuff on both ends. I tried to push the magnet off it’s a wrench and slight hammering. The magnet suffered, because small fractions chipped off. It is essential to remove at least the blue stuff first on at least one side and then push put the magnet to the other direction. With turning like in the video, not with hard impact. The blue stuff is really tough though.
The motor does still work with the very slightly chipped off magnet!

¿Esos cables que soldaste estaban dañados y por eso los soldaste? ¿O es necesario refresco solo porque está desmontado? No tengo el equipo.

Es imposible quitar la tapadera esa del motor cilíndrico…..imposible….esas pestañas aparte ya no existen por qué las sobe todas…..hasta ahí llegó mi proceso
