Wonderful video. Many thanks. Especially poignant for me is that only within the last couple of years I learned that King James IV was my 13th grgrgrandfather and I am tied into his lineage back to Robert the Bruce. Very humbling to say the least. Not too bad for a Texas oilfield kid who never knew about his genealogical family. At my present age I will never be able to travel back to Scotland so your video gave me a memorable tour. Again thanks!
Superb video..very well done...love the music.....I live about 10 minutes from this, my favourite Scottish Castle, and visit it when family from the US visit us....Just going to watch the Wallace Monument one., I actually piloted a small light aircraft round the monument back in the day...:)
My first overseas trip away from Canada was to Scotland, and the first place I stayed in was a hostel about a ten or so minute walk from Stirling Castle. It was 1996, I was barely 18 years old, and was completely awestruck. Of all the places I've been to since, Scotland is my most memorable. If I ever have to move outside of Canada, Scotland is, by far, my number one choice.
If you have any questions about the Castle or Scotland, I will do my best to answer.
What a lovely video. Stirling is my home town and i lived between both the castle and the monument. You done us proud.
Glad you enjoyed it
