      I'll never ride without a new bike being wrapped 1st.
      I'm loyal to Invis just because they have treated me awesome as a customer since 2019. Even though I live in Texas, and they are based out of England, they always respond within a day if it's after hours. When I've needed a custom cut or have questions they've been awesome with personal customerservice! On a side note, Invis is a bit thicker than Ride Wrap and self-heals after a tear. I've never gotten through to the frame on any crash.

    • @remymetailler

      Both company make good product for sure, and actually was chatting with both brands, but it made more sense for me to work with RideWrap, as they are based in Whistler and have had a very very fast growth. I know people love their brand too, so that made me want to partner with them even more. They also do all Propain Bikes which is key.@@justsayin3600

    • @RideWrap
      @RideWrap 6 месяцев назад

      @@justsayin3600 We are always on board with protection by whatever means possible! However, we should mention that our bike protection film is a true 10 mil film so it's slightly thicker than the film that Invis uses. Rather than using automotive film, we've engineered our film specifically for use on bikes. Not only is it self-healing, but we've also designed it to distribute impacts across the frame to minimize structural damage!

    Great looking bike Remy. I wanted to demo a Propain during NW Tune Up (the 1st one) but they didn't have size XL in the fleet, it was already out on the trails and I don't remember seeing them there last year. Hopefully they'll be here this year. It's so funny that for so long I always thought they were a German company.....turns out they're just 150+ miles South of me, who knew?! Just wondering, i have 2.6 width tires right now, looking to buy some new maxxis, is it fine to have 2.6 front 2.4 rear?

    • @remymetailler
      @remymetailler  7 месяцев назад

      You could run a 2.6 up front, but I don't see what it would bring you. 2.5 is what all pros run.

    Recently got a Tyee using Remy's code 👍
    Also got RideWrap for it...ran into issues applying the wrap on toptube and downtube as Propain apply their decals on top of the final paint coat...talked to Propain and they recommend putting the decals on top of the RideWrap... Fair play to Propain, they sent out decals FOC.
    Needed to recorder the toptube and downtube wrap from RideWrap (tip keep the install sheet so if you crash damage any wrap you can order individual sections)
    However, replacement RideWrap came damaged, creased and dimpled....contacted RideWrap who recommended putting it on anyway as creases would smooth out which they did, but dimples are still there...contacted RideWrap again and no reply...so long story short, i know that the wrap will get damaged but I've a brand new bike with damaged RideWrap and RideWrap stopped replying to emails.... Product 10/10, Aftersales 1/10
