Thought I was gonna run out of yarn, the same as my hat. Paper cover said I would need two balls for a scarf. Tada!! The last bit I had left was just enough. Thanks Jada.❄I'll add snowflakes to both. You ideas are cute.

I made three of these scarves this week while I was stuck at home for three days!! So fast and easy. I posted the first one to Instagram so you can see it!! The name of the yarn is red heart latte stripes. Alot of it looked like chocolate or chocolate chip cookies!! Yummy!! My two favorite foods!! If it’s not chocolate, then I say “why bother”! Thank you for this pattern!

Thank you so much for making this video. Your stitches in these videos are done so slowly that I can actually understand what you are doing. I have a horrible time getting my stitches correctly done on the turns. I rip out more stitches than I crochet. Thanks for your help. You are the best! I have tried watching other videos but the instructors go waaaay too fast for me to understand. I have even taken 2 Beginner Crochet classes at JoAnn Fabrics; however, I have learned more from you. Thanks again, Jayda.

I just finished my scarf the other day, but took an experimental departure for fun. I used black yarn (also two strands, like yours) in between each of the color rows, crocheting through the back loops only except for the border, which is black as well. The result is the appearance that the black rows are inset, and I'm quite happy with the way it turned out. Thank you!

I just love the look of this scarf. I am new to crochet and I have just got my first set of crochet needles. I love the idea of the single crochet border as it neatens everything up. Will let you know how I get on with this scarf. The beauty of this is that it does not take too long to make as well. Thanks for posting this video tutorial.

HI Kathleen, this is a great sort of pattern to start with for someone who is just starting out in crochet :) It's wonderful to be able to make something you can wear yourself (that was a major plus for me when I was just a girl learning how to do all this!). It's also wonderful to make things for charity that folks will find really warm and comforting in the winter!

Jayda InStitches well my daughter has declared she’s making my mother a hat and scarf for Xmas! This really is so perfect. I found an organization here in the states that help native Americans still living on reservations. They are the poorest in the country sadly.
I knit and crochet and have sewn some. My husband bought me a sewing machine, my first ever, so I’ll be sewing soon too. All of which my daughter wants to do!
You should do some sewing tutorials if you find the time. I’ve always wanted to make a broomstick skirt. 😄❤️
I wish you both the absolute best. Thank you for taking the time to teach us all and brighten our days!

Hi Jayda, I love this scarf. I made one exactly the way your video shows us a few days ago. Since then I have made three more. One is 160 chains long and I made it thicker. The other is 120 long and I made it slightly thicker. Then I made one 200 long super thick and then stitched the ends together to make an infinity scarf. This is such a versatile pattern AND for the first time I have been able to make something without getting wonky ends. Your tutorial is great. thank you so much for making it.

I'm a beginner and I made this in under 2 hours today. I took someone else's advice and chained 110 on the first row because 80 just wasn't going to cut it. This is a great tutorial though. Thanks!!

I'm making a Belle ball gown from Beauty and the Beast inspired scarf by using pale yellow and yellow then I'll crochet a rose to add as a decorative element for my best friend who loves Belle. I might make a Snow White or Ariel inspired scarf for myself.

Can you help us to make an attractive shrug? Either a airy one or tight, you choose. These are easy and attractive. I live in a high cold elevation this it something I would wear as a layer in the winter. You have a great understanding of how a underling thinks in the business of crocheting and a fun personality. I'm starting with making your hat but will be looking for the shrug instructions next. Thanks a bunch! ~Linda
