    You can guarentee a non-twisted starting chain by starting with a small chain , removing the hook and placing it in the starting chain, then completing the starting chain to the desired length. Finally slip stitching to form a ring. then carry on with rnd two.

      @JaydaInStitches  Год назад

      Hi Mike, I think I understand what you mean here, leave the beginning chain on the hook while you make the rest of the chained length? Neat tip! Thank you for sharing 😊

    Just finishing up this scarf and I must tell you that I love it. Such a simple pattern but beautiful once it's complete. I had bought 3 balls of this color for a project (forgot what it was) but when I saw this I knew I had to make it, so I'm going to be making myself one plus a few for the houseless. I've already got about 10 other scarves and cowls made to donate so I thinks a trip to walmart is in order to make more of these lol. They work up so quick and you can watch tv and in no time they are done.

    I can honestly say that I've never been fussed on crocheting an infinity scarf, but I REALLY like this one 😁 It looks so warm, and cosy, and I love the lacy look 💚
    Going to have to buy some Bernat Pop to crochet myself one of these 😊
    I have three Caron Cakes (in cinnamon), but I like the look of the Bernat Pop for this scarf, as I love the hot chocolate look 😊 I might use one of my Caron Cakes for another one of these 😂
    Another brilliant tutorial, Jayda 💚💚💚

      @@JaydaInStitches I hope you guys haven't had a lot of snow just yet. It's just cold here in Northern Ireland, no snow, but we normally don't get any until late December/early January. It rains here most of the winter.

    Just making sure all of your hooker friends can see this great tip my aunt showed me! When you begin chaining the foundation chain, after the 5th chain, hook it; you'll have a loop of five chains underneath your hook. Then, just chain away. When you get to the end where you need to make the connection, simply do a slip stitch! No twists!! I swear it works. You don't need to keep checking to see if your chain is twisted! Happy hooking!

    Just finished one with a chunky yarn, came out great & so easy - though I would probably use a size P hook next time with the thicker yarn for a more open stitch. I’m new to crocheting so starting to put all these variables together. LOL. I had a little trouble identifying the false stitch, and my seam bent to the left. Then I used a stitch marker for the first sc in a row which helped.
    Thank you & love your videos - I’ll be making several of these for Christmas.

    Tennessee had the same quick transition from Upper 80s to 40s and 50s tops as high. Me and husband moved into a condo this year downsized I gave away about 28 bags of clothes to goodwill most didn’t fit or out dated I had 1 sweater 1 cardigan left ,so yeah I’ve been crocheting infinity and whatever even a sweater but it’s taking forever 🙄. I got self striping this looks cozy and fast 👏
