You have inspired me to make this scarf. I have purchased one skein of coral Ombre thread to make this scarf. As a baby boomer, I am happy that crocheting is being enjoyed by a younger generation.

I am obsessed with little things that are like, doll house size! Jayda would be the perfect person to make small little couches, love seats, or puffs, bean bags, little tapestrys and Barbie clothes! I totally have made my daughter's doll's clothes and her barbies and monster high doll's clothes which was so much fun!! I don't know who I did it more for tho, her or me!!??

I JUST WANTED TO TAKE A MINUTE TO TELL YOU THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS PATTERN WITH US. I HAD TRIED LEARNING C 2 C FROM ANOTHER VIDEO AND SHE WASN'T NEARLY AS CLEAR ON HER INSTRUCTIONS AS YOU ARE. AND I ALSO WANT TO THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME HOPE IN CROCHETING WITH A CARON CAKE I BOUGHT ON SALE AT WALMART. I TRIED USING IT BEFORE AND IT IS VERY THIN YARN AND I WAS AFRAID I WOULD RIP IT. BUT IT WAS THE ONLY YARN IN THE HOUSE THAT WOULD GIVE THE DIFFERENT COLORS THAT YOUR PATTERN USED SO I TRUDGED AHEAD. I HAD TO GO TO A SMALLER HOOK BUT IT TURNED OUT BEAUTIFULLY AND I NOW HAVE A SCARF IN A DAYS TIME THAT I CAN GIVE TO MY BFF FOR HER BIRTHDAY. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOU DO FROM TEXAS.

Beautiful scarf Jayda. Definitely going to try it. Not sure if you have tried Walmart's mainstay yarn, but has changed manufacturers it is now made in turkey and really compares to caron simply soft. It sells here in the U. S. For $1.97. Great price.

    Jayda
I want to thank you so much for your fabulous tutorials, you make everything so understandable and easy to follow. I have learned alot of new stitches from you.
So I have always found for myself the C2C somewhat intimidating to be able to do, so when you posted your C2C scarf, I watch your tutorial. You made it so easy to follow along, and explained everything so well, that I decided to try my hand at it. Well to my surprise I made the scarf with your help. Now I'm working on my first every C2C baby blanket.
Again thank you so very much, please keep your awesome tutorials coming.

Thank you for this! Your tutorials and explanations are always easy to follow. I bought your C2C afghan pattern and have made several -- this was a great reminder. I made a cowl with this stitch. Love it!! I will make a scarf next -- great for scrap busting. Thank you again and always for sharing your gift and talents!!

I need to make a scarf. We hit -50C with the windchill on the weekend and even inside it was cold. I have made a toque already following one of your patterns, so going to make a scarf and then mitts as well. Love your tutorials!

This pattern is so relaxing. I just put in a tv show or movie and just let my hook run! can't wait to get a self stripping yarn to try this with.

Jayda, thanks so much for showing us exactly how this works. I've watched a couple other videos and they did a swatch . They then showed us how to do the decease but now how to work the long side up. I was left confused. Your video made it more understandable for me.

Thank you so much! This is the first time C2C has made any sense to me! You do such a great job of explaining how to not just do the stitches but how to look at the project as we go along so that it all comes out how its supposed to and looks great when we're done. You are a great teacher!

I love this C2C so much, the fabulous texture it displays & it’s so perfect for showing off self striping yarn. Your baby Blanket was my last project of 2018 & since I’ve used the C2C to make a super long & cozy rectangular scarf, some square dish cloths & I just finished a triangle scarf on the weekend. There will be many more I’m sure! I Love the colours on this one! 👍🏼👍🏼💜👏🏼👏🏼Thanks Jayda ... stay warm 😍

Your tutorials are perfect, as always =) I got the pattern, just to remind me as I was crocheting, and the written instructions are also excellent - really like the pictures. I have finished one of these, and am making a few for Christmas gifts. I had my husband try on my scarf and it will fit my sisters-in-law more comfortably with 1 1/2 skein. I'm so glad I made one just to get comfortable with the pattern and the size. My scarf took up exactly one ball of yarn, but I crocheted until I was about 3 stripes short and then started my decrease rows. Great tutorials, thank you so much!

I've already made good progress on mine, and I really love this pattern! It's so easy and works up so quickly, and the pattern itself shows beautifully. I will share, in case anyone else uses the same yarn, that I used a Caron Cake (383 yards), and the first color change didn't occur until the 11th row. I love it, but I'm now eager to try this with the same yarn that Jayda uses, so I can see color changes more often.
Jayda, you and your husband are tops. You're good people. Thanks for being on You Tube.

Jayda, Since that time, I've made several of these scarves, including two scarves using the RH Stripes, the same colorway you used. Stripes were so much fun to work with! I also made one using RH Unforgettable, and wow was that pretty! I gave it to my cousin for her birthday, and she absolutely loved it!
