    My blood sugar when i first had a lab last May 8 2023i was 14.38 I heard about LCF last June 4, 2023…I started low carb June 5 then last June 12 i had my labs again in time for my second visit to my cardio my lab result was from 14.38 to 6.40 my lipid profile from 9.28 to 4.27.     hi Dra. Rojo im from Cebu City working at Cebu City Govt. ive been practicing lowcarbs but pumapayat ako from 98 lbs nasa 94 lbs nlang ako. im 60yrs old no medical maintenance thank you Lord God. pls i need your advice on gaining weight aside from lifting weights thank you Dra JGC Rojo.     tama po lahat mga paliwanag ninyo almost 10 yrs na ako umiinom ng gamot ko sa diabetis but now na try ko iwasan lahat ng sweet foods n hi carb tinanggal ko na ang gamot ko

    Keto bread from Oroweat brand dili mo spike imong glucose. I tried it and test my glucose after 2 hrs. Watermelon wala sad motaas pero as per book high fructose sya. Daghang Salamat.

    Madaya ka din Dra,wheat bread is not that good too,but you cannot eat okra,amplaya.much haha,but okra is good in lowering blood sugar,some experts say, yes,we have to take care of our body, but some doctors,always prescribe meds,but i seldom hear from them not to eat rice,fruits veg ,mcdo,one doctor showed me he just ate kfc,its right we ourseleves,can the only first to help ourselves,secondly,good doctors,and knowledge ,thanks
