It’s not though. I just got one for $199. People are selling refurbished resale for super high due to the demand. Ninja had some in stock the other day on their website but they sold out fast.
@@lux5511 ok to answer your question, yes it’s worth it. I made some basic ass protein ice cream and it was fantastic. It’ll be fun to get more creative.
Yeah anything sugar free using some alternative sugar is super super sweet, to the point that I can’t stand it. The protein powder alone would’ve been over the top for me!
Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/2 cup fairlife skim milk 1 scoop marshmallow protein powder (link in bio for 15% off) 7g sf chocolate pudding mix 1g guar gum / xantham gum 15ml torani sf s’mores syrup
@@campinghikingbikingandkaya858the syrup is to give it the smore flavor. U dont need it, u could use a diff syrup ig, or no syrup, it’ll just taste like a marshmallow smoothie tho instead of smores
@@frankquinolit depends upon the ingredients. I’ve had mine for years. I often give leftovers to friends and they just leave the ice cream out for 10 minutes before eating - no need to re-spin. We don’t generally re-spin if it’s made creamy enough the first go-round unless we’re adding mix-ins or it’s a very low-fat recipe.
I have the ninja creami and my only issue is I don’t like cooking with milk( yes I eat foods that have it but I can’t use it myself.. I’m weird I know) I guess the skim milk make it creamy?
How has this machine held up? I'm thinking of getting one I usually do the anabolic icr cream in the blender but I could prep all week with this machine lol
The creami is the difference. With a real ice cream machine you still need more additives to keep the ice crystals limited and controlled. Probably more guar and xantham gum (it's much harder without fat)
This seems excessively convoluted? Why the vanilla almond milk? (Less calories?) Why skim fairlife instead of chocolate? And why pudding when you could have chocolate fairlife? The s’mores syrup was a cool touch though.
You totally can, but fat-free fairlife provides great macros since it contains 13g protein for every 80 cals. You won't get any protein from just using almond milk
You want an honest opinion... Crap. Brakes very easily! Expensive to use and run. Have to blend all the time, and it doesn't mix correctly; you get ice chunks on the side. Owned one for a period of four weeks before it broke and shredded the metal blender blade, which led to metal shavings in the ice cream. Extremely dangerous, especially if feeding it to kids. More than happy to forward anyone who wants the pictures of this, as I can't upload them to this comment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

It’s easy I just use almond milk and protein powder and it comes out fine. No need for the jello gum stuff
What other protein powder flavor can I use to get similar or good taste? Vanilla? Cookies and cream? Chocolate peanut butter cup?
I'd recommend vanilla!
When someone sees the hole in the ice cream: 💀
How much is it??
Looks good but I ain’t spending 200 on a blender.
just tried making this on a real ice cream maker and it came out a bit shardy... wasn't really smooth. Any advice?
