From what I read, the bus was crowded but I'm guessing that everyone was to afraid to intervene. We all know how scared people are of these blak thugs.

Nobody helped the woman because they were juveniles. If someone had knocked some sense into their heads that person would be facing assault on a juvenile charges. The juveniles know they can get away with it, and all of them probably already have a long police record. The laws have to change.
